  Service? What Service! I came in as my Fleet company asked me too to have some items repaired. I get it’s 100 degrees outside Ma’am pbut try not to give customers an attitude Ma’am. I was friendly, I said hello and you gave me a rude look when I asked to schedule an appointment for a fleet vehicle. Totally unnecessary. If you have a Fleet vehicle look elsewhere for a more friendly and accommodating repair facility who will schedule an appointment. I understand we are all busy but some of us have to schedule time out of our work day to get these items taken care of. Also, maybe you forgot, but fleet vehicles are guaranteed money for your store. No service was completed but what needed to be done was alternator issues and battery, oil change and filter, air and cabin filters, rear shock. Will never use this place for any work vehicle or personal service.

  This is a great, honest tire shop and mechanic in the Corona area. I highly recommend them.

  Being short-staffed is hard on their employees and on customers. Long waits make for short tempers. Those of us who must wait because we have just one car and no one to pick us up get ornery. Staff can be more understanding and accommodating WRT wait time. "Everyone gets a turn" is fine, but acknowledgement and apology go a long way. Owners need to fill slots with reliable techs. "Tell me something I don't know."

  Yesterday we had car trouble with our Ford Escape. I took the car into Mountain View to have Charlie have a look at her. I have to tell you that our experience here has always been amazing. Charlie has always taken excellent care of us, whether its as simple as an oil change, A/C acting up, or tire and shock and brake issues! I have referred this place to all my friends and clients honestly because they don''t gouge us. Charlie always provides excellent - and thorough communication and makes us feel safe. Thank you Charlie and Mountain View Tire Service! You always get a 5 star review from us, we would give you 10 if you could!
