- CHCecilia HilleyJun 24, 20265.0The staff here deserves a raise, they are so patient and kind and put up with a lot of difficult clients, I was there for 20 min and 4 very rude and tacky clients came in back to back and were rude to the staff and they stayed professional through out the whole ordeal. Lot of entitlement in Corona. Thank you guys for the great service

- BFbewii fruutJun 7, 20265.0Wanted to get on here & just thank enterprise for being so accommodating in particular your employee David , he is amazing at customer service but also just making sure your experience is smooth sailing. We originally went in for a Camry but the person who left it was not respectful & left it a mess. David tho was so considerate & had us instead go into a Kona SUV which honestly we didn’t think we would need but we did . So thanks David, for working above and beyond & hope enterprise realizes they got a great worker & he needs a raise or promotion tbh.
- LALesley AnnMay 15, 20261.0I wouldn’t rent a car here if my life depended on it. If you make a reservation over the phone, they will tell you that they have the vehicle when they actually don’t. Please confirm before going to this location for any type of vehicle. Same-day reservations are definitely not suggested. Just use a completely different rental car service. The lot is small and dirty. I was lied to, they wasted my day and I still don’t have a rental car based on their entire team. What a lack of competence and effort to make the situation right. I will never rent from enterprise ever again.
