  Made a reservation pick up for 10am and wasn't assisted until an hour later. There was a gentleman that had his pick up for 9am and he was there for 2 hours before being assisted. Highly recommend that if you're in a dire need for a vehicle you make the reservation 3 hours in advance to be safe since it seems the reservation pick up is more of a suggestion that you'll get that car that day at some point. Staff working the counter seemed stretched thin, and under staffed. Wasn't very empathetic, probably due to the strain of having to run around working through the requests and calls at an overwhelming rate. They need more staff, a raise, and the company needs to figure out a system to honor the reservation/pick up times. It is ridiculous. 3 people had to walk out because they were late for prior engagements, be it doctor appointments, travel arrangements, or work like myself.

  I have been here many many times in the last year probably 10 times or more and just two weeks ago but today they rejected me they said I needed two credit cards and I only have one so they rejected me I had to take Uber there and then Uber back home and now I have to find another place but I've been there and done it just lately and they rejected me that hurt specially working my whole life and then I have to put up with this man I told them I'd go get them cash but they said they don't take cash. And why couldn't they just cashed it out right then on the credit card I gave them? I'm not the type to complain and I think these people are really good people they always have been and that's why I keep coming back but to be rejected when I have the money in the bank and I have a card with the number they could just charge right then but instead they said I needed two cards and I told them I was just here a week ago I rented the car for 3 weeks. I think they could have helped me in some way or form instead of making a customer walk out. Sometimes you got to bend the rules a little bit to save a good customer.

  had to cancel our reservation due to mis information from employees. went to enterprise and was met with unwelcoming staff and no solution to our concerns. disappointing.

  Front worker was quite unhelpful. Basically directed me and the person behind me to just call the hotline instead of help us get a reservation. Not sure if that is the policy.

  Rented this vehicle from Enterprise. After 11 days, a dashboard light for low engine oil was illuminated in the dash and when i checked the dipstick it was right at the minimum level. I promptly went back to Enterprise but instead of doing the right thing of saying, "our bad" and either topping up the oil or giving me an equivalent replacement vehicle, they wanted me to take the vehicle to their contracted oil change place on Hamner Avenue in Norco and have the oil service done there (by the way, there's a Jiffy Lube directly across from Enterprise on Buena Vista). Why does the cost of fixing someone else's incomptence fall on my shoulders. This is their business of renting out vehicles and you would think that they would have some sort of protocol/quality check to ensure that mechanically sound and safe vehicles are being given to customers. Today it was low engine oil; tomorrow could be improperly fastened wheel lug nuts. Fellow customers please don't take their word and check the vehicle yourself not just for scratches and dents but also that it is safe to transport you and your loved ones.
