  They overly tightened my oil filter and then tried blaming the guy before . Which was them. After over hearing the manager calling his supervisor to find out what to do with the ram that they destroyed the filter trying to get it off . And now it leaked oil. Eventually they got it off but im sure the damage is done by over tightened they didn't want to take responsibility and blamed the last guy

  Quick and explained everything well in a way that I could understand. I got a Groupon for $68 for full synthetic and then needed to pay an additional $8 in waste disposal fees and tax but still the cheapest oil change I could find for my Honda civic

  I'm back for my second time and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the first time I came here. All the staff members were professional and worked fast. Joseph, Nate, and Chelsea helped me and made me feel like a VIP. I'm definitely would recommend this place to all my family and friends and I will continue to keep coming here as long as the service is excellent like this. Keep up the good work!

  I was greeted by Jasmine…. I expressed my concerns….She was wonderful and throughout my entire service she was right on top of it. She is great with people, she is knowledgeable and super at explaining things. Nate was i think it’s called “my service technician “. He was also very good at explaining answers to my concerns. He too went the extra mile for me. Both Jasmine and Nate are definitely an asset to Valvoline. I also like how when it’s time to leave “everyone” says goodbye.

  Horrible, and my car was neglected after I was told all fluids were filled to the proper level, then told that they never filled my coolant, but my receipt says OK! In the area for coolant. I filed a claim and was told by the manager monae to get the quote and my repairs would be covered as I had no pre existing leak. Now she's been fired or removed from that location and im being told my damages wont be covered by manager nate who says my complaint wont go anywhere because he is the highest up. Im a senior and a minister and I have been wronged terribly by these people. I will definitely report them to every authority possible until i receive justice.
