  I recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Monument Boulevard, and it was a top-notch experience. This is a drive-through service, so I stayed in my car, and within about 10 to 15 minutes—depending on the services—I was done. Shane, the service representative, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—he walked me through the oil options, kept me informed, and even helped me save money by showing me how to apply coupons. The drive-through setup is super convenient—no need to get out of the car—and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The location is clean, and the team is extremely professional. If you need a quick oil change and want to save a bit of cash, this Valvoline is the place to go.

  Wonderful customer service very polite. Went over all the procedures and things my car needed, and didn’t pressure me to get things done that I couldn’t afford at the time just gave recommendations. I will be back when my cars oil light comes back on.

  Amazing! Kianna and crew were very helpful. I had such a wonderful experience at Valvoline! The team was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Assistant Manager Kiana, who went above and beyond with her excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely cares about their customers. Because of Kiana and the rest of the team, I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

  10/10 experience! Chelsey, Kianna, Reece, and Lioness were all fantastic. I came in during a busy time, but they handled everything with professionalism and still provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like my vehicle was in great hands. I really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend this location!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline for a full synthetic oil change, cabin air filter replacement, and tire rotation. Shane was extremely helpful and even suggested using Groupon, which saved me money. Kiana, the shift supervisor, made sure everything was handled professionally and that any concerns were addressed. The team performed the complimentary 18-point maintenance check and clearly explained what they were doing every step of the way. During the inspection, they noticed that my front driver's-side lug nuts were swollen/stripped and that a lug nut stem had been damaged before I arrived. Rather than simply pointing out the issue, they took the time to explain the problem and recommended replacing the lug nuts. Kiana even suggested stopping by AutoZone to purchase new ones, which I appreciated. Everyone was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the visit. One of my favorite parts was the convenience of being able to stay in my car the entire time while the service was completed. Thank you to Kiana, Shane, and the entire team for the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!
