Huge confusion with the work order. A lot of back and forth. I was sent back and the work order had to be canceled. I had to return the following day to do the windshield replacement because of the error in the work order. I’m giving the five stars for the techs Mike and Samuel, for their professionalism in everything they did, the way they spoke with me and for the windshield installation. I highly recommend this location because of those two technicians and for the way they completed the work. It was quick and I didn’t have to return because they did a great job.

Safelite in NC replaced my windshield 6 years ago but my rearview mirror came loose. I took the car to the Concord shop where Dario tracked down the NC records and told me it was on warranty. He set up a drop off appointment immediately and Jose C fixed it at no cost. I am very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Dario and Jose.

The most memorable part of my experience was Michael. I am still inspired by his level of thoughtful and attentive customer service. The manager originally helped me change my appointment date, and she got me off to a great start. The thing about Michael was that he was the actual technician who installed my new windshield. He introduced himself, and informed me of what to expect. He was impressively professional on the front line as well as in the front office. He set the expectation that I came to the right place to get this done, and done well. I waited until after a car wash machine had its way with my 4-Runner, before submitting my survey. Either way, Michael’s above and beyond customer service left me very pleased and inspired that this level of care still exists. Thank you! Cheers!

Safelite gave Stellar customer service from reception to the guy who came out and did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly. The costs and the process were exactly what was described to me on the phone - no surprises. And I was pleased with the quality of the work! They made it all very easy, and even - dare I say? - pleasurable :-) Or at least as pleasurable as a no hassle car repair can be.
