  Had one of the best experience in rental here! Kevin and Stevan and few more other guys had made my experience here so easy and smooth. They made sure to find me something within my insurance coverage and even after that my claim is done, they helped me a find an efficient car with lowest rate that they have available. My car was stolen few weeks ago and Stevan also recommended an Enterprise Car Sale for me to check out to help me find more options. They also answer their phone quickly and if they’re not able to, they also give you a call back after if they’re with another client. Awesome communication!

  Easy process to pick up and return the rental car. Employees were friendly and great and very helpful. I did an easy after hours return. Didn’t love the car I got but it was Memorial Day weekend and they were busy and fully booked. It got me where I needed to go and that was what mattered! Will definitely use in the future.

  Keep coming back - always a good experience. Shout out to Sayf specifically who has helped us the last couple times, very kind and knowledgeable, also mindful of our time. We came to pick up on a busy day with an unfortunate grouchy customer in line, but Sayf still gave us 110%. Looking forward to our next visit

  Absolutely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise. I was told by the auto body shop that I had until 11 AM the following day to return my rental vehicle, so I followed the instructions I was given. Despite that, Enterprise still charged me a late fee and took my entire $100 deposit over what should have only been about a $30/day rental. The most frustrating part is that the delay wasn’t even caused by me — the body shop kept my vehicle longer than expected and communication between the shop and Enterprise clearly was not handled properly. Instead of working with the customer or showing any understanding, Enterprise immediately hit me with extra charges and refused to let me leave until I paid. As someone already dealing with the stress of accident repairs, this felt incredibly predatory and unprofessional. Customers should not be punished financially because two companies failed to communicate with each other. Rest assured I will be getting a full refund back and they will be hearing from my insurance company.
