- BZBerivan ÖzlüJul 27, 20261.0⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I made an online reservation, but when I arrived at the location, I was told that the car I had reserved was not available. This happened not once, but twice — both last week and again this week. Before going to the location, I even called and spoke with someone who confirmed my reservation. However, when I contacted Enterprise about the issue, the location blamed the online reservation system, saying that a vehicle would not be available for online booking unless the location had confirmed it. When I asked to speak with an area manager, instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a completely different vehicle that was not what I had reserved. I was sent back and forth between the location and customer service, with everyone blaming someone else, while nobody took responsibility for the problem. I wasted a significant amount of my time traveling to the location and trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. If you cannot guarantee a reservation, you should not allow customers to book a vehicle online and then waste their time by sending them to the location only to tell them that the car is unavailable. Very poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
