- KPKarm PhaguraJun 28, 20261.0I stopped at this pilot location for the night and got paid parking, showered & paid to use the washer and dryer. I asked the employee if I can drop the trailer for about 20 mins so I can go grab some good dinner since I been on the road for a week now. Employee asked if I had purchased fuel I said no not at this location. Then the employee said the manager will allow dropped trailer if I do a survey and leave them a positive feed back. I told her I never receive emails about surveys from pilot/flying j and I been a customer since 2011. I offered to leave one on Google and they said would not work it has to be thru pilot for corporate to see. So basically I can't drop my trailer as pilot/flying j terms for paid parking. Also depends on management. The management at this place was basically scratch our back we will scratch yours.
