  I have rented from Enterprise for years. I will continue to rent from Enterprise, but I will never go back to Colton. The customer service kid was extremely unhelpful with a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. He demanded, license and credit card without any smile or greeting. Then when presented with these items he informed me that a debit card would not be sufficient even though I just rented with this card a month ago in Ontario! Even if that were the policy of enterprise this guys attitude was the complete opposite of trying to resolve the problem. I have an account with enterprise, a card on file, and a long rental history so I very much doubt that there was nothing he could have done. Waste of 3 hours and now I can’t get the job done tomorrow. Terrible experience terrible employee.

  Rented a truck for a camping trip over the July 4th holiday. Ariel was friendly, helpful, and gave us a few options while keeping overall cost in mind. Would definitely recommend.
