  Do not do any business with Camping World. Their service is horrible and it will cost you in the end. I filed a warranty claim with them, and because they have horrible employee turnover, I ended up having to pay for the repair out if pocket someplace else.

  I obviously can't speak for every employee at Camping World but I had to deal with a sales associate named Simon Sayad. Because of Simon, I will not give my business to Camping World. He was extremely disrespectful, making remarks about how no one would purchase my older motorhome and how it isn't worth anything. I understand businesses must make money but it was very clear that customer service is not a priority here. It's unfortunate to miss opportunites on sales they have but I will not spend my hard earned money on a place that allows employees to speak to customers this way. I did speak with Simon's manager, Troy, who stated he would speak with Simon but in all honesty, it felt as though as it was not genuine as he was ok not having my business. Troy was respectful but the overall impression is that an individual is not important here, only the profit. If requested. I would be happy to post screenshots of the conversation.

  I purchased an RV from Camping World of Colton in October 2024. It arrived damaged during transport. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into a 17 month process. The RV was not fully repaired until March 2026. Key issues: -The RV was not placed correctly at delivery and was never properly handled despite being told it would be. I had to hire another company to reposition it, resulting in $700 out of pocket costs due to the delays. -I delayed renting the RV because it was not properly set up or usable. This resulted in several months of lost rental income. -Multiple trips to the property with no resolution. -Missed appointments and lack of follow up from the transport company. -Dismissive communication, including being told to “be patient” after more than a year of waiting for resolution. -Repairs required multiple attempts before being completed correctly. Camping World eventually stepped in and helped get it fixed, which I appreciate. However, after all of this, I was offered $1,999 conditioned on signing a broad release and confidentiality agreement. Given the length of time, the out of pocket costs, and the lost use of the RV, I did not feel that amount reasonably reflected the impact. Overall, the process from delivery to resolution was unnecessarily difficult and drawn out. If you are buying and having a unit delivered, make sure you clearly understand who is responsible and how issues will be handled. Once something goes wrong, getting it resolved can take far longer than expected.
