  Staff was friendly, intelligent, responsive and professional. The vehicles were clean, new and easy to drive. The gas however was only 1/4 tank.

  Really rude young guy working at the counter this morning. He argued with me about the enterprise plus terms and conditions for complimentary upgrades (Section 7.d.). Fortunately, he did provide me with the upgrade but told me to “do it in the app” next time. That’s now how it works. Maybe review your own terms and conditions before being rude to customers.
