  They took my money when I bought a truck over a year ago. And they keep sending me emails because they want to sell me more vehicles and get me to spend money on service, but they haven't done anything that they said that they would. I only had one fob when I bought my used truck, and they kept telling me for the past year that they would get me the other one, but it never happened. And every time I try to get information or copies any of my sales information or warranty information, I keep being told that they're gonna take care of it, and they never do... yet, I have lots of people asking me if it was taken care of but nobody actually does it... So I really don't like these people at all And would never recommend them.. ever Buyer beware... i'm sorry in my service.Once you sign the paperwork and I'll get their money.That's about all you gonna ever get from them... hello, then whatever you keep bugging you to buy more from there *************************************** Update... see their response to my negative review... instead of addressing the issue and sending me the fob and requested info, they gave the same canned response they give everyone... they had over a year of my constant requests for my fob and paperwork... no resolution... if they wanted to fix the problem, they would... i will come back and post if they ever fix the problem.But don't hold your breath...

  I never write bad reviews, but felt it was necessary to in this case. Bought a truck back in February. Salesperson Sam was great and provided updates throughout the process, as the truck had some issues that needed to be fixed. Now three months later, still haven't received registration from the DMV. Contacted the DMV and said they have no record of any transaction. Contacted the dealer via phone, text, and email, get told they'll update me and then no response after. Current registration expires at the end of this month. Will have to file a complaint the DMV and try to get this sorted out asap. I've never had any issues like this at another dealership.

  Stay away from this place.. bought a 23 ram with 41k on it and the front deferential, blew up within a 100 miles. Then the transfer case blew up on the test drive after the front end was fixed. Took 4 weeks to get the pickup out of the shop when this happened Then I got a low boost code took it to the dealer and got told it was the wrong air filter called and spoke to Tom and he said it was my problem and to deal with it. I had to pay a diagnostic fee and for an air filter at the cost of $202 for something they did wrong... When they did the service on it before I bought it. now one month after that have another low boost code... Every time I drive this pickup for more than 20 mins it ends up in the shop and winner won't do anything to help me after selling me a messed up pickup THEN I get a $800 registration renewal in the mail 45 days after I bought it and called and asked what it was about and got the run around for 2 weeks. Come to find out i paid someone else's back fees and it was never discussed before I purchased the pickup. This dealership will sell you broken messed up vehicles and not think twice about it. Stay far away from here!!
