Easiest, smoothest most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be going to them for my next car too.

I never write bad reviews, but felt it was necessary to in this case. Bought a truck back in February. Salesperson Sam was great and provided updates throughout the process, as the truck had some issues that needed to be fixed. Now three months later, still haven't received registration from the DMV. Contacted the DMV and said they have no record of any transaction. Contacted the dealer via phone, text, and email, get told they'll update me and then no response after. Current registration expires at the end of this month. Will have to file a complaint the DMV and try to get this sorted out asap. I've never had any issues like this at another dealership.

Stay away from this place.. bought a 23 ram with 41k on it and the front deferential, blew up within a 100 miles. Then the transfer case blew up on the test drive after the front end was fixed. Took 4 weeks to get the pickup out of the shop when this happened Then I got a low boost code took it to the dealer and got told it was the wrong air filter called and spoke to Tom and he said it was my problem and to deal with it. I had to pay a diagnostic fee and for an air filter at the cost of $202 for something they did wrong... When they did the service on it before I bought it. now one month after that have another low boost code... Every time I drive this pickup for more than 20 mins it ends up in the shop and winner won't do anything to help me after selling me a messed up pickup THEN I get a $800 registration renewal in the mail 45 days after I bought it and called and asked what it was about and got the run around for 2 weeks. Come to find out i paid someone else's back fees and it was never discussed before I purchased the pickup. This dealership will sell you broken messed up vehicles and not think twice about it. Stay far away from here!!

I took my truck to a different GM dealer and chose to work with Winner Chevrolet because if the manager Jake and technician Nolan had done just the basic tests that the other GM dealer was going to do they would not have found the problem. The other dealer was certain it wasn’t a battery problem…they were going to do a 20 minute test on my battery, they were certain it was a parasitic draw problem. I didn’t trust my truck with the other GM. Instead, I trusted my truck with the people were not certain with what was wrong but were willing to do every possible test they can to figure it out and fix it. The first test they did was they removed the battery from the truck charged it fully then tested it over night. When they checked the battery in the morning they were totally surprised because the battery had failed. They didn’t expect it to fail, but they wanted to thoroughly rule it out. My battery would not have failed in a 20 minute test the other GM was willing to do. But because Winner Chevrolet was willing to do the test that takes more time…Nolan and Jake found the problem. But they didn’t stop there. After that they went to work on finding any possible parasitic draw. That took two days of checking every single system. They did not find a single problem in any my systems.
