  Whatever happen with the air hoses to blow the water off the vehicle after washing? They were taken down from most if not all locations and that sucks!! I'm sure they did it for one of 2 reasons: 1) Some irresponsible parents let their little brats play with the air house, got injured some how and those irresponsible parents rise he'll to management to say the least. Why do "we responsible customers" have to pay the price for others stupidity and irresponsibility and go without? PUT THEM AIR HOSES BACK ALONG WITH A DISCLAIMER THAT THEY'RE TO BE USED ONLY BY PEOPLE OVER 16 AND THAT THE CAR WASH ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE AND INJURY CAUSED BY INTENTIONAL MISUSE. Or lose my business and that of many others. When I signed up for a membership it was to include the air hoses. If you took them down then, my membership fees should also be adjusted lower.

  I LOVE quick quack but this location is unfortunately the closest to me and is very low quality compared to others around the valley. Vacuums are weak, there are no floor mat holders, they haven't had their air nozzles in weeks (which is a big reason I pay for the subscription, it makes the car wash worth it), the dryers going out of the wash dont dry my car in the slightest, and when I go into the actual wash and attendant usually only do like half a spray so I usually have to go through it twice. In conclusion ive learned its not worth it anymore and go to the la quinta location now.

  Your staff is friendly and the car wash does a good job. What kills me every time I’m in is my inability to get a stall to vacuum and wipe down the car because you allow non customers to use your facilities. Even worse, many of those non customers won’t actually leave quickly when they are done using all the towels and vacuums. They sit in their car and talk on the phone etc. What gives?? Coachella Location.
