  Even though there was a wait, everything went smooth from check in to finish. Even though my truck was not positioned to drain the fluids, they began to work on other responsibilities such as checking lighting equipment and other fluids. Once It was my vehicle's turn to get the oil change, it went smooth and fast.

  This place runs like a well oiled machine (all puns intended). Edward and his staff are super friendly and professional. They were quick, accurate and always offered me information on the service that was being done. And the best part… I didn’t even have to get out of my car. For someone that works out of my car and is on the go constantly, this was a dream. I was in and out in 15min, was able to work from my car while it was being done and left feeling great about the service. Thank you to Edward and his amazing team!

  Had a great experience at Valvoline! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and worked together as a team to make the process smooth and efficient. I was in and out quickly, got everything I needed for my oil change, and felt well taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I really appreciated how organized and knowledgeable everyone was. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable service!

  Survey Comment: The crew was polite, but they sold me on services they then couldn't perform. They did what they were supposed to - look up recommended service and sell it, and that was fine. It included changing out the transmission fluid and the rear differential. After agreeing to the services, they came back several minutes later and said they couldn't do the rear differential because they didn't have the right fluid. Then, again a while later, they came back and said they couldn't do the transmission fluid because they didn't know how...why do you sell a service you don't know how to do? Then it became very clear they hadn't put enough oil in because the technician attempting to check the oil at the end of the service couldn't get oil to show up on the dipstick. They just generally seemed lost. Two of the three techs dripped oil or other fluids all over the inside of the engine compartment and on the front of the hood area. The longer I sat there watching it, the worse I felt about the whole thing.
