They gave the best customer service and they all had smiles on their face, which is so awesome. I will be returning back with my other BMW to get the oil change in that. Also keep up the good work

- JHJeff HendersonMay 5, 20261.0Went to Jiffy Lube because they're quick and no waiting, and we had to drive to Eureka the next morning. That was a big mistake. They're too quick - they didn't replace all the fasteners underneath when they changed my oil. We were on the 99 fwy and we heard a loud flapping sound from the front end underneath. I got off the fwy and thought the license plate was rattling, or the front fascia. It seemed fine when I tried to jiggle it so got back on the freeway since we were on a time crunch. It only rattled above 75 mph so we heard it the whole way up and back for 900 miles round trip. Had a headache for two days. Took it to a Toyota dealer right after we got back to Fresno and THEY FOUND 4 CLIPS WERE MISSING UNDERNEATH!!! The damn thing coulda flew off on the fwy and caused an accident!! I'm never going back to JiffLube and gonna try to get my money back.
