  I had a great experience purchasing a brand new Sportage X-Line model at Future KIA in Clovis last weekend. Sales Associate Michael Wedmore did an absolutely fantastic job in assisting me in my purchase. He was knowledgeable about the car, very helpful and extremely friendly. I can't say enough good things about him and the job that he did, and my wonderful new car...I highly recommend him and Future KIA to everyone....

  Don't i recommend buying a car from them. Because we bought one from somebody and they had bought it from the auction house and come to find out after we bought the car that they had reissued the title and kia was involved Pretty much they were trying to steal a car bck for me. What it didn't work?I don't recommend this because the kia does not do their d.M v paperwork on time like they're supposed to

  The primary reason for my 10/10 rating is the truly exceptional, customer-first service provided by Mike Wedmore and Michael Stafford at the Clovis dealership. From start to finish, the entire car-buying process was incredibly easy, professional, and efficient. What stood out most was Mike Wedmore’s dedication and effort to build both a professional and personal rapport. He made the entire experience feel smooth, transparent, and completely trustworthy. When I wasn't able to make it to the dealership myself, Mike went above and beyond by driving four hours to deliver my new car directly to me, while driving my trade-in back to Clovis to complete the transaction. I am immensely grateful to both Mike Wedmore and Michael Stafford for their incredible support, flexibility, and commitment to putting the customer first. I look forward to continuing to do business with them and the Kia Clovis team in the future.

  We dropped off my mom’s car about 3 weeks ago because when they did the service they did not did it correctly. They been telling us that it will be ready within a week, we call them and never pick up. and when they finally pick up after calling over 5 times, they just tell us that it isn’t ready yet, and say that they will call us later in the day but never call us back. It is been 3 weeks and that car isn’t ready yet when they told us the car will be ready in a week. My mom is carless and they do not provide any solution.

  Being a serious, cash paying, experienced and knowledgeable consumer we had to walk away from the BS slinging stereotypical car salesman J.S. We told him our strict budget, he ignored it. We told him it was cash and he persisted on trying to work it as a credit deal constantly trying to get our social security numbers. I asked for an invoice (I used to work for Chevrolet and he knew it), but he treated me as if I was just another female airhead sending me his hand written, unitemized BS with numbers that showed them financing it and $5K over what we were willing to spend. How does he even work there? We bought a new KIA there in 2016 and paid cash that time as well. Different team of people that time. So I continued to work deals all over California looking for exactly what we wanted at “OUR PRICE” and the best deal I got was close to home at MERCED KIA, CHEVROLET AND VOLKSWAGEN. Sophia met us on the lot in this ridiculously hot weather, they had the SUV we wanted at our price and color. We worked with Sophia, Victor and Alex to close the deal and it was a pain free experience. And a full tank of gas as well. The best advice I can give is this… Get your price point pre approved at your bank or credit union if you can’t pay cash. Never give a dealership your social security number and check every line item on the “real invoice”. Go line by line on the invoice or window sticker…if it says FIO = Factory installed and can’t be removed unless it’s a specific order to make it at the factory. PIO = Port Installed items (just a receiving location) can be stopped prior to arrival to the port. They will fight you on this but it can be done. Who wants to pay $45 for a “Dollar Store” First Aid Kit?? 😵‍💫😵‍💫 DIO = Dealer Installed Items …Again you don’t have to take them but some places will lie and say you do or they won’t sell the car to you. If they insist go elsewhere at the end of the month that’s when they want to push those final sales numbers forward to meet their quotas. If there’s one thing that we will not tolerate is someone treating us like we’re ignorant or unserious just by the way you dress. Just like yard sales …don’t wear your best clothes or jewelry or else they’ll stick it to you any way possible. Bottom line is AVOID FUTURE DEALERSHIPS IN CLOVIS…WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. He was disrespectful and full of 💩 MERCED WAS GREAT GO SEE THEM FOR YOUR KIA, CHEVROLET OR VOLKSWAGEN PURCHASES.
