5 STARS: I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha and Sergio from the service department working on my mustang. Both were very professional and ensured that my concerns were resolved. It is safe to say you are in good hands when either of them are involved in the repair or maintenance of your car!!!!!
Communication was consistent and timely at every step. Any time there was an issue, Sam did her best to take care of it for me. She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers and treated my car as she would her own.
Thank you Sam and Sergio for your patience and assistance on my repair!

I was excited to visit this dealership to look at an SUV, but the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. There were about 3-4 salesmen looking on their phones, and only one briefly walked up to acknowledge us to pass us on. Not exactly a welcoming first impression.
I spoke with James, and within minutes the interaction became uncomfortable. Before even discussing the vehicle seriously or running official numbers, he immediately started asking personal financial questions like credit score and credit limits. He then essentially implied that I could not afford a $50,000 vehicle without a co-signer because my credit limit was lower than the cost of the car — which makes absolutely no sense and came across as judgmental, dismissive, and condescending.
What made the experience worse was how uninterested he seemed in actually helping me purchase a vehicle. He couldn't even answer simple mileage questions about the car. Also, instead of listening to what I wanted, he kept pushing me toward a 2025 model and repeatedly questioned why I was "wasting" money on a 2026 model. Customers come in with preferences and budgets already in mind. A salesperson's job is to guide and educate, not belittle or pressure people into choices they did not ask for.
The entire interaction felt like I was being sized up and dismissed within the first 3 minutes. That kind of microaggressive and assumptive behavior does not align with what the Ford brand stands.
James seriously needs to relearn customer service. Basic manners, professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for customers go a long way. Unfortunately, he came across as burnt out, unmotivated, and unwilling to even be there.
I left feeling judged rather than valued as a potential customer, and that completely turned us off from doing business here.

Expecting great customer service thinking it's "Ford"- but received the opposite. Unwelcoming, discriminating, judgemental as to what I can afford without having any solid bases as I just walked in for the first time to check on vehicles. The sales agent should have focused on highlighting the make and features of the Ford brand and their sales advantage over other manufacturers. Instead, they made us feel I cannot afford a vehicle we're interested in. I decide that part- not you. As I looked up the wall when the dismissive agent made me wait (as he said he was gonna show me numbers but too much time passed and he didn't return back to the lobby in the usual acceptable wait times- for context, I was the only one in the dealership lobby)-- this line was written on the wall: "Quality is doing the right thing when no one is looking". Yeah sure, was this wall supposed to be on another business wall, perhaps your competitors- thus they are selling more cars than you? Sharing my experience to hopefully help your company revisit how your customer service currently runs. Was this an outlier? It's a pity as I just decided I'm buying that car across the street where I felt treated as a person worthy of their time, service, and products.

*** BUYER BEWARE ****
Went in for a scheduled recall. Arrived at the exact time of the scheduled appointment. Was totally ignored - I've never seen anything like it. Employees walked passed - no one said can I help you -nothing. One employee behind a service counter said he could buy my car, but couldnt help me on service. He then proceeded to talk with another employee about a personal matter, while I stood there. I tried a lady in the parts department - she said she couldn't help me. After 30 minutes, I left. I had planned on buying another car from them - not happening now. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced - will never go back. They lost a long time customer
Hopefully, someone who cares will check the recording of the service desk from 1:45 until 2:15 - employee heads would roll.
