I had a very bad experience with Farhney Ford in Selma. They expected me to pay sticker price and would not budge. Service was excellent, he kept me updated on my vehicle through out the day, was there when I picked up my keys after 5 pm. Greeted me with a smile. I am sure this job gets the brunt of client frustrations, but Ivan was a bright spot at the end of the day. Thank you Ivan!

I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated. I bought my car there all prior service was done there never had issues then this time around wasn’t even close to service I received in the past. If they want my future service communication is the key…
