  I had an outstanding experience purchasing two vehicles from Toyota Claremont, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A huge thank you to John Will, who was professional, patient, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout both purchases. He took the time to answer all of our questions, worked hard to get us the best deals possible, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he truly cared about making sure we were satisfied. I’d also like to recognize the Sales Manager and Finance Manager for their professionalism and dedication. They worked with me to make the deals happen, explained everything clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. Their teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction made a big difference. Thank you all for making both of my car-buying experiences enjoyable.   I had an outstanding experience at Claremont Toyota from start to finish. Ali (“Prince”) was an exceptional salesperson—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I also want to recognize Jonathan Fairman, who is one of the best general sales managers I’ve worked with at any Toyota dealership. He listened to our needs, followed through on everything he promised, and went above and beyond to make sure we drove away in the perfect vehicle for our family. The entire team at Claremont Toyota made us feel valued and appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle, and I highly recommend Claremont Toyota to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts its customers first.   Recently bought a car here bought a week ago and I have questions about something on my finance and this place is very bad to getting back to you. Have called for the last 3 to 4 days they put me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes. nobody answers I leave countless messages and nobody bothers to call me back. I’ve left messages on the Manager‘s phone on the finance manager‘s phone and not even a single follow up I will definitely not recommend this Toyota to anyone. I’m happy with the car, but I’m not happy with the service there after being sold a car. If you’re looking for a follow up, good service do not go here

  I had an excellent car-buying experience from start to finish. Mr. Ricardo Rodriguez was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions via email and in-person, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience.

  Thank you Angie! I recently visited Claremont Toyota and wanted to share my experience. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews I had read online. However, I decided to experience the dealership for myself, knowing that reviews are often based on individual situations and experiences. I am so glad I gave Claremont Toyota a chance. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, seen, and heard by the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and willing to help. One employee who truly stood out was Angie. As I was walking through the dealership, she greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance. When I mentioned it was my first time there, she took the time to show me around the dealership and explain where everything was located. She even walked me over to the service department and showed me exactly where I would bring my vehicle when it comes time for maintenance. As a first-time customer, that information was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more comfortable. Management, please recognize Angie for her outstanding customer service. She made me feel welcome, and her kindness left a lasting impression. Employees like her are a huge asset to your dealership.
