I just bought a Camry Hybrid from Claremont Toyota. Angel, the salesman, was great and didn’t waste my time, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the finance manager Ramiro left us hanging and wasted a lot of our time. If it wasn’t for Rooney’s great service and Tommy Vang stepping in to clean up the situation and go above and beyond, I probably wouldn’t have completed the purchase.
When buying a car there, I definitely recommend working with Angel and Tommy because they get things done. I also brought my concerns to the manager Jorge, and he made up for the experience by showing true customer service. Because of the team that stepped in and saved the deal, I would return again.i would have gave 5 but 4 because of Ramiro.

11 years since I bought my car… I went to do my oil change full inspection I got send to the new express service there nothing about express 2 hours there ai got my report and I notice on the light inspection it was make green nothing was wrong.. I knew I had a light out but since I was going to take my car I didn’t just to see if really they check everything so it tell me what as not check.. I brought it out to Jesse my advisor that it was not done right so now my question was it really was inspected or it was just mark he just answered well is this a complementary oil change I was excuse me I pay for this oil change and full inspection he was let me check oh yea not even apologize or say let me take ur car in since so they can re-check nothing.. so I went across service and parts ask for service manager he was on a meeting I spoke with Angie S she advice to send it to re-check but it will take 1-2 hrs I been there since 8:30 almost 11am I have thing to do that was the purpose for my appointment for I got charge to get done right very disappoint I add a pic so you can see on side is out

PURE SATISFACTION!!!
I had an outstanding experience with salesman, Tony Baca at Claremont Toyota.
From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He listened to my needs and assured me that despite less than stellar credit, that there were options for all kinds of buyers.
He then quickly provided a few vehicles, formulated a game plan and literally steered me directly into the best vehicle that worked perfectly for my budgetary boundaries.
I’m over the top thrilled with my new RAV4 Hybrid XSE!!!
Cruising in style and saving $$ with these horrendous $6 gas prices!!

REPOST: The pinnacle of the stereotype of bad dealership. Overpriced, horrible salesmen, rush things and try to be sneaky. Never come here, save your sanity. This is the exact dealership that makes people hate car buying. The Toyotas more of the IE san bernardino area are a little better in terms of actually seemingly wanting to make business happen. So much for "presence is power" . End of the month and in person and they still wouldnt budge. They also try to get you to sign a credit application before even seeing numbers or agreeing to numbers. As seen with other 1 star reviews you will see (the non service related ones) they get aggressive with anyone who knows their two cents on how to properly negotiate a car deal. I really wouldn't care if you were upfront about your tactics to save me and everyone else their time.
Edit: Apparently the word I used in my previous review was enough to either get flagged down or have the manager easily remove my review. But guessing by the fact that other 1 star reviews without the use of "profanity" were removed goes to show the unprofessionalism in this establishment (by them paying someone to remove the review). Maybe if you hired competent and respectful salesmen, and created a more easy car buying experience online with upfront pricing, especially for those people who are in person at the end of the month looking to buy a car the same-day you wouldn't be getting bad reviews.
FYI
Unless you walk in here with no care in the world about how much or how you're spending your money then you will have a great experience--by unknowingly getting ripped off. That's the only people I assume are leaving good reviews are.
