  padric and Zachary were both super fast and friendly. They helped me understand some things about my car I didn't know before and helped me make some adjustments on my display I didn't know I could do. Make sure to clip the coupon on their website before you go for $10 off!

  I had a really great experience at Valvoline. From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through everything step by step, explained what my car needed (and what it didn’t), and never made me feel pressured into extra services. The service itself was quick but still thorough—they checked multiple components, topped off fluids, and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left. I also really appreciated how respectful and attentive the staff were the entire time. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but these guys made it easy. Overall, excellent customer service, efficient work, and a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Diante, the manager, runs a tight ship — you can tell the whole team takes pride in their work. Zach and Miguel were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was done right without making me feel rushed. The whole process was quick and straightforward, just like it should be. No upselling pressure, no long waits — just honest, quality service. It’s hard to find a crew you can trust with your car, but this team has earned it. If you’re in the Citrus Heights area and need an oil change, don’t hesitate — ask for Diante, Zach, or Miguel and you’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be back!

  Always a fast and great experience. They have detailed reports of my vehicle, making it easier to know what has and needs to be done. Mechanics are great, they know what they are doing and dont ever have a bad attitude. Would recommend to anyone who asks about where I get my oil done.
