WONDERFUL!!! I can only say great things about this place. I have never had an oil change other than at the dealership until now. OMG...what an eye opener. Why does the dealership take hours to change the oil when here it takes 15 minutes?? As soon as my car went in they check turn signals and break lights. Erick was so helpful in explaining everything in detail and easy language for me to understand. my car has 70k miles so I got the transmission fluid changed while I was there, the air filter was changed and the cabin air filter was changed. This was all done under 30 minutes. They even have short videos that show you in 3-d what different parts of the car does, such as the radiator, etc. The entire staff there is very polite, professional and they all work together as a team. This experience was so stress free. I know I will be back for all oil changes and will recommend to anyone I know. Thank you to the entire staff here...you are APPRECIATED!!! One more thing, as the other reviewers say, there is no upselling here. Just outstanding customer service. From the first greeting I received from Gardenia, to everything that was explained to me by Erick, and the work done by a team of professional mechanics. SUPERIOR!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Chula Vista! Evan provided outstanding customer service and was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I really like how carefully they check everything on my vehicle. They inspected the tires, cabin air filter, engine air filter, oil filter, and other important items. They explained everything clearly and did not rush through the service. I did not have my tires rotated here because I get that done somewhere else, but I specifically come to this Valvoline for my oil changes because I like the way they do their work. They are very thorough and make sure everything is checked properly. Evan is the best! Great customer service and a great experience every time. Highly recommend this location.
