  Was a very hot day. Popping the hood to SAY that fluids were going to be checked, only to have them not, left the car shut off without AC. Tell the customer that it was ok to leave the car on till they could check fluids. Service went smoothly as normal. But upon leaving, I could hear air during shifting. I pulled over, and the air filter was not completely bolted down. This was an error not only by the person installing it but also by the 2nd technician who went under the hood to spot-check. Had I not known of a new noise, it could have easily been a thrown computer code, up to debris in the intake, and caused motor damage. For this, I was let down by service that I have been extremely satisfied with in the past.

  Had a great experience at Valvoline. Alex, my brother Yemane, and the entire team took great care of me with my oil change, tire rotation, and the issue I had with my steering wheel. Everyone was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciated the service, care, and overall experience. Definitely recommend this location!

  I went here first thing in the morning, with my dog Bubbles. I was first in line! This young dude named Taylor helped me. And I'm saying, interacting with him was like sipping cool water, when it's hot. I know their not supposed to engage customers but I had been thirsty for a real conversation, and I got one, unexpectedly, from a beautiful young dude. Everybody there was beautiful and young, except the manager maybe, but he Was cute and on His Job. Another dude helped me, again, beautiful, and even talking to him was amazing!!! Both of Them!!!! I loved coming here this morning. That's how you Start Your Day Out. With some Real people, So Efficient, So Quick, So Professional, So Kind AND a meaningful conversation? That was Rad...💯❤💯

  These young men and woman that helped me today and in the past, with getting my vehicle serviced and up to code have expressed to be very respectful; honest and thoroughly knowledgeable about the needs and care of my mini Optimus prime (blue nissan versa) my vehicle.   Multiple staff here believe it's a good idea to mix OAT and IAT radiator coolant (orange,pink, red with green). Reading that the mixture of the two would turn the coolant into a sludge I spoke to Aaron who said he offers it all the time and never heard of an issue. Concerned that vehicles would become damaged months later due to this practice. Never had an issue with my oil changes. No issues using mobile phone to pull up and utilize coupons.
