  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Even though they were very busy, the team was incredibly fast, professional, and efficient. Everyone was friendly, kept me informed throughout the service, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. They made the whole process quick and easy while still providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for quality service and a team that values your time.

  I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline drive thru on East H Street across from the Southwestern college in Chula Vista. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they got my oil changed quickly without trying to pressure me on services I didn't need. The waiting in my car was convenient, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

  Worker should be more considerate about dirty oils, gloves, touching paint And plastic should be more considerate due to oils can damage paint. Plus when pouring fluids they need to make sure that fluid does not splash around engine compartment, such as paint, And leaving glove oil prints, an injured compartment

  Everything started good. After the oil change I drove about 5 miles and the engine skid plate came off hanging by one bolt I think . Stopped 3 times to push it back in place and went back to Valvoline. Hand dirty, cut my finger on the metal skid plate and my clothes dirty from laying in the street The manger wasn’t there. The people there asked if I had the hardware to put the skid plate back on? Really??? but the skid plate was damaged and could not be reused. The people there said the manger would call me the next day, that did not happen, piss poor service. They definitely don’t care about the customers. I called corporate and made a claim. All they had to do was call me back but couldn’t do it.

  The only reason why I gave this place for stars is because I called Furst to verify the price between several different oil change companies. I chose this company because they were cheaper than the four other businesses that I called around. I also checked out their reviews and they had great reviews. They also offered me a $10 off discount for being a New member through my phone conversation with the automated service. The automated service asks for the year. Make model of the vehicle and they give you a quote. My quote was for $115 before the $10 discount. I assumed it would be around $105 plus any extras that I planned to add on like Cabin filter ECT. Although the automated service was incorrect because once I arrived and the information was put in the system. It turned out to be 125+ tax. I believe with a Discount. My oil change was 119+ other services that I had. Just because of that. I’ve given them four stars. It’s a little bit inconvenient. I could’ve went to a closer place by where I was staying and got the same price and not traveled extra mileage. That was a little bit discouraging. Although the staff was very informative, and did explain how there could’ve been a mixup. He was very educative on the important aspects of maintaining my vehicle. I appreciate their whole hearted responses. Although I’m a little bit upset with automated service and the extra time and Miless, I had to drive to be able to get a Discount.
