  Andrew & Shelton were wonderful. They were detailed & very thorough on everything I needed . At no point did Andrew or Shelton pressure me into getting work done, just great suggestions . I appreciate the insight into how my car is doing, my battery levels & even cabin filters. I’m not too keen on verbiage when it comes to my European car but Andrew made it so easy to understand. My young son was getting impatient & Andrew sweetly gave him a coloring book with crayons. COME HERE. They understand families like us & invite children to learn about cars !

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Otay Lakes Road thanks to Andrew and Matthew. They were both very attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They explained everything they were doing step by step, including what needed immediate attention and what could safely wait, which I really appreciated because it helped me make informed decisions without feeling pressured. They also checked my battery and showed me that it was starting to go bad — something I had no idea about before coming in. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the readings and help me understand what was happening. Excellent customer service, honest communication, and a very smooth experience overall. Thank you, Andrew and Matthew, for going above and beyond!

  I came down to San Diego from Monterey to attend Bimmer Fest with friends and family. My fiancée’s CRV maintenance service light came on, 15% oil life. Next day, I took it to Valvoline. My first time using their services. Matt the owner was courteous and personable. The technician, I apologize I forgot your name, was very informative about the cars needs and helpful to my inquiries. The service was quick, less than 15 minutes. Mind you I went there about 8:30 AM no lines and directed into the bay. If I lived in the area, they would be my go to quick oil change service. I’m a car guy and can do my own service work, though if you need maintenance done, I recommend them. Dealers can be pricy and automotive repair garages labor cost are up there. Great service for the time and cost. Well worth it!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Valvoline thanks to Ricky, Andrew, and Joseph. The service was fast, professional, and super smooth from start to finish. Ricky explained everything clearly without any pressure, Andrew kept things moving efficiently, and Joseph made sure I was all set before leaving. The whole team worked together perfectly and made the experience easy. Definitely one of the best service visits I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure!
