I’ve been coming to this dealership for everything from repair to oil changes and never had an issue for over 2 years. Unfortunately I feel I can no longer trust this dealership as my current vehicle is suffering from an issue and mind you videos proof has been show to them. They insist it’s completely normal until one day it wasn’t. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership where they “Fixed it” upon leaving the dealership the exact same issue was occurring. I honestly believe you should check another location these guy are not as good as they once were.

Fernando was incredibly helpful, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully and made sure every one of my concerns was fully addressed. His professionalism and patience truly stood out. On top of that, he arranged a complimentary Uber ride home so I didn’t have to spend my afternoon waiting at the dealership while my car was being repaired. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare, and I genuinely appreciated it.

I bought a used Toyota 86 back in October of 2020, and about two years later got into a minor accident (I was not at fault) and that’s when I found out that half my rear driver side quarter panel was bondo. At the time of purchase the CarFax did not show an accident, but I was assured the inspection would catch anything that could be wrong. Since my car had clearly been crashed before my purchase I tried contacting the dealership after learning my car had been seemingly poorly repaired, and managed to get into touch with Sylvester Green, the used car manager at the time. He essentially told me to kick rocks and that they have more money than me if I try to sue them over this. Naturally, I was super disappointed with the response but dropped it because I didn’t have the time or money to deal with it. Fast forward to last year when I got into another very minor accident (this time I was at fault. Damn 52 traffic) and a large chunk of bondo flew off my front bumper right around my headlight. Aside from that the damage was minimal, but I needed a new bumper. Obviously I’m the better part of 6 years removed from this purchase, but it’s still so aggravating to think about. The purchasing experience was fantastic. Brought my car back for some agreed work to be done, and the service was fantastic. Everything after the fact left a lot to be desired and I will never do business with a dealership that deals in shady cars like this one without telling the driver there’s unreported damage. I wasn’t asking for them to take the car back or give me a stack of cash. I was mostly just looking to see if we could come to some sort of agreement to get the car to the condition I was promised. For what it’s worth the car is mechanically sound and I love driving it still to this day. Toyota itself is fine. The people from this dealership might be fine at this point, but I won’t be going back

Great experience overall. We bought a Tacoma with Francisco Valenzuela and he was excellent to work with. Very attentive, helpful, and not pushy at all. He helped us get a great deal and made the process smooth. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit. The only issue we had was with the finance manager. He seemed to be in a bad mood and in a rush to leave. We had already agreed on a price and monthly payment with Francisco, but during finance they tried to increase the monthly payment by $5. It may not sound like much, but $5 is still $5, and we asked for it to be corrected. The reaction we got felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Aside from that, Francisco provided excellent customer service and was the highlight of the experience.

Horrible communication by mechanics and reception. Was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change at 10am. When I checked back at 1pm, the guy tells me they haven’t even started on my car!!! They did not communicate the delay to me, causing me to have to scramble home for my work uniform, and on top of that somehow get to work. Thank you for almost costing me my job Toyota CV!!!
