  Fast and easy. They came to the parking lot at my office and finished in about 30-45 mins. The technician was friendly, efficient and accommodating.

  I’ve used safelite in the past, but I have a very brand new vehicle that has added feature. The appointment was to repair my windshield and recalibrate. The technician wasn’t able to recalibrate my windshield. He stated that the iPad wasn’t working and for me to take it to the dealership for recalibrating. The purchase for the repair was to include the recalibration. I wished the whole service would have been completed during the appointment. It is an inconvenience now that I have to go out of my way to finish what I paid for.

  Technician Bernardino is an all PRO. Enjoyed watching him do the process of removing and installing the damaged and new car windshield. Explaining the process as he did the work as well as the materials and equipment used. Kudos to him.

  Despite the warranty repair, I have serious concerns about the quality of the installation. The windshield is not seated properly and has a noticeable raised edge that is not flush with the surrounding plastic molding, as it should be. This improper fitment creates a gap that could allow water to seep into the vehicle, potentially causing corrosion, damage to electrical components, or fuse box issues over time. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. I would appreciate having the windshield properly inspected and reinstalled to ensure it meets the manufacturer's installation standards and provides a proper seal.

  My experience with this store was an absolute disaster. The customer service is, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever experienced. The person in charge, Carlos, made a simple issue unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. While I was trying to coordinate with the company’s customer service regarding an insurance claim, he repeatedly interfered with the process. Knowing that customer service was calling to resolve the issue, he hung up the calls and prevented the communication from happening. Instead of helping the customer, he became the biggest obstacle to solving the problem. Carlos has no business working in customer service. He lacks professionalism, communication skills, basic courtesy, and any willingness to help customers. His attitude was dismissive, uncooperative, and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this store to anyone as long as this is the level of service they provide. If management cares about its reputation, they should seriously reconsider having someone like Carlos represent their business.
