Robb was absolutely outstanding! From his excellent communication before arriving to keeping me informed every step of the way, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service were second to none. Five stars simply aren’t enough — perfection from start to finish. Thank you, Robb!

The service was great. Availability on day/time that was convenient for me was excellent and the technician Arnulfo was very knowledgeable and explained details of the service and what to do in case of any issues.

Oh no, broken windshield! Geico uses Safelite. Within 24 hours a technician came to my home. Replaced my windshield. Quick and clean. Technician called (and texted) to let us know he was 10 minutes away. Nice and friendly. No debris was left. Will use again if nedded.

The repair/replacement was arranged through my insurance. The scheduled appointment was emailed to me by my insurance. However, on the arranged date, I was told by the shop that is was rescheduled for another day. I called my insurance on why I was not notified, and I do not fault Safelite for that failure in communication. One day prior to the rescheduled date, I received a reminder text from Safelite. On the scheduled repair day, I again received a text from Safelite reminding me of the appointment on the NEXT day. Both text were standard reminders, no additional explanation on the date change. So, I assumed everything was as arranged. When I showed up that day, I was notified that the parts did not come in and had to be rescheduled again. Frustrating, but lesson learned! On the third rescheduled date - I called ahead to be sure the parts arrived at the shop. The work was professionally done and timely. The windshield replacement and electronic calibrations were perfect. On the install/calibration alone, this would have been a 5-star rating, however... The installer was messy, fingerprints and smudge marks not just on the windshield but on the side windows?! Why were there water stains on the back window? The auto-on headlight setting was changed. You'd think for a $2K job, care would have been taken on a customer vehicle. Also, prior to the start of the job, we were told to have at least half tank full of gas. Why wasn't that brought prior to getting in the shop? In the shop, there was a display of windshield water treatment. Seems like a great product that I wouldn't mind purchasing. But that wasn't even brought up and, in my rush, I forgot about it. Missed opportunity for the business. In my research, I found out that all Safelite shops were corporate owned. So, I guess this is the standard operating procedures for all shops.
