  My favorite car wash! Good deals good wash and free vacuuming! Can't go wrong in any kind of way at all.

  Very poor customer service and misleading information. Multiple employees, including a supervisor, previously told me I could NOT sign up for their promotion online. That turned out to be false—I went online myself and successfully signed up for the exact promotion they said couldn't be done online. It felt like they were pushing me to complete the sale their way instead of giving me accurate information. Today my membership had just lapsed because of a payment issue. I told an employee named Juan that I wanted to renew but couldn't use tap. I asked if I could write my card information on a form or enter it on their tablet, but he said neither was possible. I explained I could go home and renew through the app/online instead. I asked Juan for ONE courtesy wash while I went home to complete the renewal. He refused because I wasn't renewing right then. I wasn't refusing to pay or asking for ongoing free washes—I was actively trying to renew and offered multiple ways to pay. Between the incorrect information, pressure over how I renew, and lack of flexibility over one courtesy wash, this was extremely disappointing customer service. UPDATE — Response to Business Manager: Thank you for responding, but I need to clarify that I was referring to the promotion I signed up for in AUGUST, not your current promotion. Multiple employees, including a supervisor, told me I could not sign up for that promotion online. That turned out to be incorrect because I went online and successfully signed up for the exact promotion they said couldn't be done online. Therefore, explaining your CURRENT promotion does not address what happened. Regarding my recent visit, I was willing to renew. I simply didn't have the physical card with me to tap or swipe. I asked Juan if I could fill out a renewal/payment form with my card information or manually enter it, but I was told neither option was available. I then explained that I could go home, update my payment information through the Quick Quack app and restart my membership myself. Since I had already driven there expecting a wash and my membership had only just been suspended, I asked for ONE courtesy wash while I went home and completed the renewal. Juan refused. I wasn't refusing to pay or asking for ongoing free washes. I was actively trying to renew, but the location offered me no alternative to having the physical card or using tap/swipe. I offered a reasonable solution and asked for one courtesy wash after already making the trip. Your response confirms that refusing the courtesy wash is Quick Quack's policy, but that doesn't change my concern about the lack of payment options and customer-service flexibility. It also doesn't address why multiple employees, including a supervisor, gave me incorrect information about the August promotion in the first place. UPDATE 10/4: Your response is repeating the same policy while still not addressing my main point: multiple employees, including a supervisor, told me the AUGUST promotion could not be done online, yet I successfully signed up for that exact promotion online myself. My customer-service point also stands. I was willing to renew, offered alternative ways to resolve the payment, and asked for ONE courtesy wash after already driving there. Other car washes I've dealt with have shown flexibility in similar situations. Repeating the policy doesn't address the incorrect information I received or change my experience. If anything, your responses confirm the lack of flexibility I experienced, which is very telling about your approach to customer service. One additional observation: this location offered free car washes for about a month during its opening period, and I was told that customers were also being asked to leave reviews. I also noticed a significant difference between review platforms — this location has received much more favorable reviews on Google, while its Yelp rating is currently only 2.1 stars. I think that contrast is worth noting when considering the overall customer experience.

  We were visiting Chula Vista on 9/22 and was lucky enough to find your location. All the equipment was in excellent condition. And the property was very clean. The Manager Al was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Just one note, all your stores should sell the baseball caps. Love them as do all our friends.

  Mannn this carwash is really good and it leaves your car clean. I had went offroading and came to get a wash and was left spotless clean. The workers were really nice. I had an incident where my truck got locked and all locksmith were busy or charged way to much and Christopher the workers here was able to unlock my truck in less then five minutes. Definitely will be coming back every time i need a wash.

  Brand new. Service was nice. Staff had uniforms. It's so new that everything is clean and working. The car wash itself was good. Got most of the dirt except for the baked on bird poop. They had a promo so I'll give it a try for a month. Not sure if the $30+ monthly fee will be bad. As long as the carwash works and they upkeep the machines.
