- YMYazz Macias1 day ago1.0Membership Means Nothing? I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash today. I have the highest-tier membership, and I completely understand that the company may run promotions and offer free washes to non-members. That’s not my issue. My issue is that while members were already waiting, a non-member cut me off and entered the members’ lane. Staff were speaking with this person and appeared to be trying to get them signed up, while I was left sitting there even though I was already checked in, not one staff member said anything. I called a staff member over and explained what happened. I was told they weren’t separating members and non-members today. Fine—but that doesn’t address the fact that someone cut me off and I was now being forced to wait even longer after already waiting through the promotion traffic. Eventually, the person was moved to the side, and I was finally able to proceed. Then came the most frustrating part: my actual member car wash was ridiculously fast and the vacuums were packed it was unsafe to wait in line for them. My carwash felt rushed compared with the service I normally receive, and honestly, it left me wondering what exactly I’m paying for with the most expensive membership. I pay for the convenience of being a member. If Quick Quack wants to run promotions and bring in non-members, that’s completely fine—but don’t let paying members get pushed aside in the process. If you’re going to prioritize signing up a non-member who cuts into the member line over taking care of customers who are already paying for the highest membership tier, that’s a serious problem. Promotions shouldn’t come at the expense of your loyal, paying members. I hope management addresses how these situations are handled because today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

Happy with the air hose, helps getting small dust out of difficult places. They have a board where floor mats can be hanged and cleaned. New equipment, new installations. Joshua was super nice.
- KGKameron GrantAug 10, 20262.0DO NOT COME HERE. literal crooks that will force you into a membership that is nearly impossible to quit (they tell you to use the app, the app says you have to phone number, call the phone and an ai tells you to use the app) honestly it feels illegal. the car wash isn’t even that good. soapy joe’s is literally right down the road, and they give you an air freshener. (2 stars so the review isn’t deleted, but i give zero lol)

After going through their wash, I discovered numerous scratches all over my vehicle’s paint, including long scratches across the roof and several other panels. My car did not have damage like this before using their wash, and now the paint is covered in noticeable marks. The amount of scratching is unacceptable for a business that advertises safe, high-quality car washes. Instead of leaving with a clean car, I’m now facing what appears to be thousands of dollars in paint correction or potentially a complete repaint. Looking at my car in the sunlight made the damage even more obvious. I trusted Quick Quack to take care of my vehicle, but instead I’m left dealing with significant cosmetic damage and the stress of figuring out how to get it repaired. I would strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle’s paint to think twice before using this car wash. I certainly won’t be returning & canceling my membership! I take care good care of my car and going back to hand washing it!

My car came out better than my old place, so I’m switching here. Joshua was friendly and helpful, cleaning the vacuum stalls and making sure everything worked well. Thanks for the great service. I also like that they have moist towels to wipe down your car afterwards as a final touch. The environment is calm and not crowded.
