  I was treated professionally by everyone at the dealership and would highly recommend you give them an opportunity, before you buy again . Great selection of new cars and SUVS at this brand new dealership. Also if you like motorcycles the whole top floor is full of some serious motorcycles,

  I can't say enough about Luke Balbier. I could not get a ChargePoint connector to disconnect after the session malfunctioned. Luke picked up an email from the BMW service line on a SUNDAY and came to my rescue. Fixed it immediately. He was friendly and helpful and really turned my day around. Thank you again Luke!!

  All over exceptional service from my representative Viviana who made sure all my questions were answered and all my needs were met, to the manager Anthony who’s willing to go above and beyond and everyone else in between. I was dealing with several bmw dealerships in a 100 mile radius and this team of guys are the best!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from BMW of Chula Vista. My salesman, Henry, was very helpful from the beginning. He answered all my questions over the phone and sent me videos and pictures of the car before I made the drive to the dealership. The quote Henry gave me was honest and straightforward, with no hidden charges or unnecessary dealer fees. When I arrived, there were no surprises with the price or fees. Henry handled the paperwork efficiently, and I never felt pressured or uncertain about my purchase. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. The main reason I am writing this review, however, is because of the outstanding customer service I received after the sale. I had to bring the car back for a minor programming issue with its internal SIM card. To my surprise, the service manager Luke personally came out to explain the problem and apologize for the inconvenience. Henry and the dealership manager also came over to speak with me and make sure I was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car, which I really enjoyed driving. BMW of Chula Vista is a newer, smaller dealership, but the entire team is friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about its customers—even after the sale. If you are looking to purchase or service a BMW, this dealership is definitely worth the drive from Orange County.   I had a great experience at the BMW dealership in Chula Vista. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The sales department was knowledgeable, never pushy, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service department was equally impressive. The advisors were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire visit. They clearly explained the work being done and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Overall, this dealership provides outstanding customer service with a team that truly cares about its customers.
