  Ricardo Garcia made the entire car-buying process not only easy but fun. He has such a positive attitude, is incredibly patient, and took the time to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was dreading the car-buying process, but Ricardo made the entire transaction seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about him. The other BMW staff members I interacted with throughout the process were also friendly, professional, and helpful. The overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend working with Ricardo, it's a 10 out of 10 experience!! He's the best!!

  Best service and place to by a car.. sales man Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was helpful and super nice . He worked hard to get me approved with the price I wanted.. Also Monica the finance manager is the bomb.. you can tell that she knows her stuff.. she help me understand everything about my financial obligation and she's also made sure I left happy.. so if your reading this and looking for a car I recommend BMW CHULA VISTA.. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a great experience purchasing the 3-Year Ultimate Care Oil Services plan at BMW of Chula Vista for my i3s REX. The enrollment process was incredibly smooth with zero pushback from the staff, and the math breaks down to a reasonable price per oil change for OEM synthetic fluids and filters. They wrapped up the service in less than an hour and a half and text you a comprehensive digital breakdown that includes a multi-point inspection sheet and a personalized undercarriage video from the technician. They will try to pitch you on a long list of expensive additional recommendations like a vehicle check diagnostic or tire replacements, but you can easily decline the upsells and walk out paying exactly what you intended. It is a highly recommended and convenient alternative to doing the maintenance yourself.

  I have had my BMW serviced at BMW of Chula Vista several times since the dealership opened, and every experience has been exceptional. The customer service has consistently been outstanding. My service advisor, Art Gonzalez, is professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely customer-focused. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was handled efficiently and on time. Vehicle repairs and maintenance can be stressful—not to mention expensive—but Art, the general manager, the service advisors, and the loaner car team work together seamlessly to make the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. Their teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Most importantly, it is refreshing to work with people you can trust. The entire team demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service and making every visit hassle-free. Every repair and service I have had performed was completed on schedule, and my vehicle was always returned in excellent condition. Five-star service from start to finish. From the service desk to the technicians in the back, everyone at BMW of Chula Vista has earned my highest recommendation.

  In 2024, I was helping my mom search for a new car when we met Henry from a partnering BMW dealership. My mom requested specific things she was looking for in her next car and Henry spent days combing through inventory in the LA and San Diego areas. Henry found the only vehicle - in Riverside - that checked all of her boxes, so he made a few deals with them and subsequently had it shipped down for her to purchase. Henry was incredibly patient, consultative, and meticulously takes his time ensuring you’re obtaining the best deal. During that same transaction, I’d expressed I wasn’t happy in my current vehicle and Henry offered to, once again, comb through inventory and found exactly what I was looking for. As of recently, I was looking at hybrid vehicles all around Southern California, some dealerships offering prices I couldn’t pass up. I knew I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else, so I reached out to Henry to find the best deal. Again, he was patient and worked with me to find the vehicle that would best fit my needs. From now on, if I know anyone who is in the market to purchase or lease a BMW, I’ll send them directly to Henry. I’ve been leasing with BMW for almost 12 years and will continue to lease and deal directly with him. Henry, by far, has set the bar higher than any other sales associate I’ve ever worked with. BMW of Chula Vista is lucky to have him on their team. Aside from Henry, the entire team at BMW of Chula Vista was exceptionally friendly, with each associate welcoming me from the moment I walked in; the staff exhibited genuine happiness and enthusiasm in their work environment. During my meeting with the finance manager, I anticipated being pressured into purchasing additional plans for my new lease; however, I was pleasantly surprised by her approach, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Having leased vehicles at all the BMW dealerships in the San Diego area, I can confidently say that BMW of Chula Vista sets the standard for excellence, reliability, and professionalism.
