  Jael was amazing, helped me replace my battery. Thank you so much for your help! The one with horrible service and no common sense was Kenneth. He came outside being rude to Jael, my son and I. Kenneth told Jael he was dumb for helping and that it was not in his contract. Then when he walked back to the door he said “you better get compensated.” I had already told Jael I would tip him way before Kenneth decided to come outside talking out of his ass!

  Awesome worker here saved me today, my brake lights weren’t turning off and I wasn’t sure on how to replace it but Jose was really kind enough to help me! someone make this guy ceo . thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻:)

  Horrible experience here. They advertised a product as in stock with same day delivery. We paid for same day delivery, only for the order to not be fulfilled. They called to let us know the item wasn’t in stock. We asked when it would be there, they said the next day. They said they wouldn’t refund us for the same day delivery and that we had to call uber customer support to get a refund. When asking them what the number was for that, Cassandra said “I don’t know, you can check the website”. When speaking with the store manager Ruben, he grew upset and hung up the phone. Ultimately, they said they would call us the next day and let us know when the part arrived so we could pick it up. They never called. We called several times, to which they did not answer. We used a different phone to call them, and they answered. Reading through these reviews, I can see this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. For Ruben and Cassandra to be as rude as they were, was extremely disappointing. These are store managers hanging up on customers, not providing any useful resources, and not following through with things they said they would. Avoid this store at all costs. It seems as though bad attitudes and false advertisement is something that happens here a lot.

  Miguel helped us today with my daughter’s car battery replacement. He was so nice and helpful. I am very thankful.

  Jose helped me out today. I walked in trying to use my battery warranty. No one was in the store when I walked in and he had time to help me but since I didn’t know the proper phone number it took quite awhile. As I was there the store got super busy and he managed multitasking between customers, coworkers, and helping me as well. He maintained such a kind and positive attitude throughout all of it. As someone who has worked primarily in customer facing roles I understand how difficult this can be for average employees. Jose outperformed some of the top servers in the top restaurants I’ve worked in. Good kid. Amazing work ethic. Customer assist approach. Very very quick, concise, and positive. I ultimately can’t use the warranty as we could not find the account associated with the battery however at the end of the interaction he said “hey man we tried” in the post positive way that it made the $140 transaction a little bit easier to stomach. All we can do in life sometimes is try. Thank you Jose. Stay up kid.
