    I brought my BMW X5 in for brake rotor replacement, and it drives like a brand new vehicle now. The braking feels smooth, quiet, and responsive again. The team did excellent work, and the service was fast, professional, and dependable. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this shop to other BMW owners.

    Beware!!! The mechanics take your car apart and don't put everything back the way it was brought in. My car has several screws missing, a couple of missing fender plastics missing and undercarriage pieces not clipped back on. I was driving home and could hear the plastic under my engine flapping. They also put one headlight lower than the other and not lined up with the hood. My grill was loose half clipped on. It's discouraging going to this place thinking you will get your car back with all the cosmetic pieces it had prior. After finding all of these issues, wait there is still more someone in the shop put a dent on my driver door even paint chipped off. Never coming here again, I do not recommend.

    We have been there twice and will continue to get our X5 repaired there. Now that our warranty has expired, it’s just easy to go to this local shop that is very timely with repairs. The staff is professional, communicates clearly, and gets the work done without unnecessary delays. Fixed an engine oil leak and replaced brake pads with no issue. Overall, a very convenient and reliable place for service.
