  Hi, had a great conversation with Memo regarding a PMI (maintenance)on a unit. He took the time to explain what is performed, and how to check in via the kiosk on the day of drop off. He assured us that he stays in communication with his customers via email throughout the process. In business nowadays customer service is key to capturing returning customer.   So far it's been rough. I picked up my truck this morning and I immediately noticed a shake on the steering wheel while driving around 30mph. Service advised that as long as it steers properly and I won't be driving at 30mph for long periods it should be fine. Once loaded the shake was gone, but turned into a grinding feeling and sound. I called back and was told to bring the truck in and wait in the queue. If their unable to repair, I may have to wait until tomorrow for another one-way unit. The "good news" is they won't charge me for the extra day. Nobody has taken accountability for the obvious issue. This is time I did not have on the day prior to a CA to TX move.
