  I called this shop to schedule and appointment to obtain am estimate for mu RV. Prior to making the appointment, I asked them how much it was going to be and I was assured I was not going to be charged anything. When I arrived in the day and time of my appointment, I asked again and same thing, I was assured I wasn’t going to be charged for an estimate. I live far and had to Uber home which cost me $60 but I was willing to do so because they told me I Wouldn’t be charged for an estimate. I called them the next day and my estimate had not been started. It took them 2 weeks to Give me an estimate and it wasn’t even for what I requested. On top of that, they charged me over $1000 for the estimate plus Storage fees! This place is deceiving and they are thieves. I should have read the reviews below.

  I’ve had the pleasure of getting my RV serviced and repaired at McBrides several times, and each time I have had a great experience. They are always professional, courteous and they have resolved any and every issue I had.

  Labor rate is kinda high so I’d only use them for the stuff I couldn’t do myself. Overall good experience. Seemed like it was there longer than needed could’ve been waiting on parts not sure. I’d use them again.

  I took my 1997 renovation project Fleetwood PaceArrow in for major mechanical service. I also paid for an hour of inspection on my failed slide out and got a great quote on the labor and parts for when I'm ready to invest in that repair next. I was a little weary initially that the service price on the phone when I called was told to me as around $500 range and then in person at drop-off the price was actually around $900 for the major service. But the girl who took my appointment over the phone had warned me that she was new and wasn't certain of the prices on anything. The service was great and I'm glad I chose to continue despite the wide price difference to what I was anticipating. Mike and Danny are stellar, and I know the place I'll be bringing my renovation back to with any repair needs in the future that I can't handle myself. The quotes for the slide out, and suggested drive train work, were both also very reasonable.
