- LLLola LMay 8, 20261.0Recently heard they changed ownership and the bad customer service shows. We have been conducting business with them for many years. When I recently called, our account was looked up and given brief history what was last done, however when transferred to customer service, gentleman stated "no account found & didn't see any info what was done" this was a bold lie because the nice young lady told exactly was done, when I mentioned this incorrect, he became evasive & not helpful. I truly felt he did not want to help nor look up any additional info. When talking with another who previously call, they felt the same. I have always recommended them in the past due to their customer service & workmanship; well, they have lost customer any other future customers.

When parts arrived took it back and it was completed in 2 days. Their staff is very friendly. What I really like about them is their scheduling. Gave me a date and time for both drop offs and pick ups. I was very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
