I clearly explained that the car had already been diagnosed three times at other shops, I knew exactly what the problem was, and I just needed them to fix the diagnosed issue. I asked if they could give me a good deal, and the owner agreed. I left the car overnight. They performed another diagnosis, which confirmed exactly what the previous shops had already found — nothing new. I had to waste time , uber + the car from my work to their shop and paid $199 for a completely unnecessary diagnosis. The owner spoke to me in a condescending manner with no respect. I found the interaction unprofessional and unethical. I specifically told them I didn’t want another diagnosis since I already knew the issue from other reputable shops. I’m not stupid — I know what I’m doing. They quoted me $8,000 – $10,000 to fix the problem. I would never return here. I have no idea how this place has 4.9 reviews. Please think twice before going to any shop, even ones with 5-star ratings. Many high-rated shops will still waste your time and take your money for unnecessary diagnostics.
