I never write reviews but this experience was so awful that I feel I have to. I came in to get my tire fixed, paid for the repair, and the VERY next morning my tire went completely flat as I was on the way to work. I then had to go back and pay to have it replaced because it didn’t even last 24 hours even though the employee said it was an “easy fix”. The manager was honestly the worst part of the entire experience. He was rude, had absolutely no sympathy and even threatened not to give me my own car back when I told him the pricing was unfair. I had to beg just to get a refund and partial discount and still ended up paying over $100. I initially chose this shop based on its positive reviews and now I can’t believe they have any at all. I understand that businesses need to make money but this was one of the craziest and most disrespectful encounters ever. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else instead of dealing with this manager and questionable work. I would never come back here and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. (Included is a picture of my tire the day after they “fixed” it.)
