- HHHaseeb HussainOct 5, 20261.0The worst experience ever. I reserved over the phone, and even got the confirmation email, spent $50 on Uber to pickup the car and guess what, “Sorry we have nothing available right now, I am so sorry”. No credibility, outdated and worst than third world reservation system.
- LGL GFiSep 25, 20262.0Completed check-in night before 1000: arrived at store 1020: first contact with service desk, completed reservation confirmation, informed no available vehicles, informed of approx 20min wait. 1040: no update from staff, witnessed same information being told to the 5 other waiting customers, 20min wait. 1055: After hearing front desk discussing if I was still waiting, went to confirm with front desk, rental was received. Vehicle larger than requested, less gas mileage, cleanliness appeared rushed

- LDLindsay DaleSep 6, 20265.0We visited there in early April and dropped our car off Aug 6th. Miguel Martinez helped us through the process. It seemed they could use more help, but Miguel did not show frustration. Miguel was kind and pleasant. Miguel made the experience a pleasant one. I have rented cars for years in many different locations and Miguel’s customer service was excellent!!
