  Over a month of rentals at this location has been back to back bad experiences and is clearly a pattern rather than a mistake here and there. My first rental was not the car I had reserved which was required for work and caused issues for travel. My second rental I reserved a jeep to try to avoid more travel issues, and when I came to pick up I was informed the only jeep they had was in the shop, and rather than inform me of this before my pick up date I had to wait until the day I left to find out. Finally I had grown tired of not getting the cars I reserved so for my third rental I decided to go in person to confirm the car I needed was available, I was then informed they won’t do same day pickups (which I had now way of knowing) and then I had to drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way to pick up a car and a different branch that doesn’t mind helping out customers.

  I picked up my car on Sunday, Aug 2. Despite it being extremely busy, the young lady who finally came back in was friendly, positive, and in control. The associate who provided me my car was also friendly and helpful. I received the same treatment today when I returned the car.

  Reserved an available class car online and when you get there they tell you they don’t have the car and they tell you they ALWAYS over book all their cars. Poor and rude customer service. Spoke to corporate and they stated that. That is not how it should work, compliant filed.
