  I was weary renting from this location because of the so so reviews. However, Bianca and another young lady helped me through the process of finding the perfect vehicle for my family trip. They went above and beyond and were patient with all my questions. I already booked another trip from this place because of the positive experience. Only negative was, there was one employee working on the Sunday when I dropped off. There needs to be more help when the office is open.

  So I rented a vehicle from them on Thursday May 21st, a Ford Escape 2025 and at first it seemed really nice but I was so wrong. we had gotten chick fil a and before we called it a day, I look down at the floor mat and I see a roach! I immediately freak out cause of course you don’t expect to see that. The next day, Friday May 22nd while just sitting in the car TWO ROACHES are just walking around in the cup holder area and later while driving back to return it another almost falls on me while driving .We are so disgusted and freaked out. We immediately returned it and requested a refund. Please be careful and make sure this doesn’t happen to you . Will not be returning !!

  Fue a rentar un carro la atención no fue muy buena después de que me lo entregaron llegando a mi casa apareció una cucaracha lo deje pasar Yale siguiente día estabamos con mi hija conduciendo y aparecieron más es la primera vez que doy una mala reseña pero vine entregué él vehículo y no se les dió nada es imposible que no hagan nada

  This enterprise Rent-A-Car has the best customer service ever!!! I received excellent Customer Service by Jonathan Lopez not only over the phone but in person!! He assured me that my car would be ready and it was right when I arrived. He actually had something better for us to choose from that would save us in gas.I am so please how this enterprise location in Chino Hills has a GREAT TEAM led by a hardworking Branch Manager named Bianca Hizon. There teamwork is amazing and the way they welcome you when you enter is Great!! Thank you Chino Hills enterprise for doing a Amazing job!! And thank you Jonathan & Bianca for taking care of us!!!
