We came here to fix our head light. We were having an issue while putting the new one. Rameedo is one of the employee over there he came and helped us even though it was not his job. He was very helpful and sweet guy. I really appreciate him for helping us out.

I was driving by and noticed they were grilling food out front of the store. I literally just asked the girl what they were doing, and she gave me a weird look and said umm yeah but there’s no extra. I had food in my hand, I was just curious. Regardless, it was a rude interaction.

I went there on May 7th around 11;45 AM. There were three guys working at the counter. Two hispanic guys and one African American guy. They were talking and verbally harassing on a customer. I didn't know it was about me or someone else, but it was definitely a verbal sexual harassment. It made me feel uncomfortable and disgusted. One of the guys wore a cap and he was laughing and his face was hidden because he wore his hat low. When I was at the counter, the casher didn't even say "hello" or anything and after I paid the payment, he didn't say "Thanks" or "bye." What kind of customer service was that? It was an rediculous experience and I'll never recommend that branch of Autozone to anyone. I think the guy with the cap was the leader of bullying. Bullying is NOT acceptable at any workplace and to the customers. It's better to find a new employee before your store's reputation got worse.
