  I would highly recommend safelight! Great price and customer service. My installer William went above and beyond to get my windshield installed the same day after I had to change the location of the install. Thank you William!

  Frustrated with their customer care team. I have been trying to reach the Chico office but they only have an 800 number available. When you call the 800 number, they disconnect you after following all of the necessary prompts. They direct you to use their online services, which I have tired multiple times as well. I have tried to email the customer care email by following their instructions on fixing a warranty repair but no one has responded. Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied. Will not be using them again.
