  We had a fantastic experience with Safelite replacing the windshield on our truck. Will did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. Will made sure everything was installed correctly, worked efficiently, and left the truck clean when he was finished. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s always great to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Will represented Safelite extremely well, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with the Safelite Auto Glass office in Chico! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The technicians were great, and the entire office staff made the experience easy and pleasant. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from everyone. Highly recommend the Chico Safelite team!

  They ordered the wrong windshield twice, then wouldn’t pay for rental car we needed because the car wasn’t done when we needed it to go out of town, so had to rent a SUV comparable to ours . They initially wouldn’t pay the full amount for the cost of the rental vehicle without having to dispute it with their corporate office to reimburse the full cost incurred. Which they did approximately 30 days after several inquiries !

  We used our AAA insurance to replace our windshield and made an appointment for August 11 between 7 AM and 11 AM. William from Safe Light called my wife sometime around nine and said that he wouldn’t be able to come out until sometime around 1 o’clock. My wife said the appointment was between 7 and 11. William responded he makes his own hours and he wasn’t going to be able to do that. It would have to be later that the van needed a full tank of gas and it was going to the vehicle was going to need to be moved. My wife said that William was rude and she felt he was mansplaining to her. I ended up calling the safe flight in Chico and spoke to a gentleman there who continue to interrupt me while I was trying to talk. I got nowhere with him. He just made excuses. We ended up going with another glass company and filed formal complaints with Safelite and AAA. We would absolutely not use this business ever again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
