After being ghosted by my dealership, this team (Chico, CA) was a breath of fresh air. They were kind, highly communicative, and responsive throughout the entire process. The online booking made scheduling effortless, and their follow-through was thorough from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Mobile service to patch windshield was excellent. Helpful and friendly service was super appreciated. I can’t even see where the chips were.

I would definitely recommend Safelite for windshield repair. It is very convenient to have them come to your house or in my case your workplace and repair your windshield without you having to leave your car at the shop. The technician who came most recently, Richard, was extremely polite, professional, and did a great job.

Great service from Safelite! The online scheduling process was a breeze. They had availability with in a few days. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My car was even left cleaner than when they arrived. The mobile tech came to my home and my rear window in my car was replaced in a flash. Thank you Safelite!
