  While the issue was, ultimately resolved, the path to get there was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Repair work to the roof seal and battery replacement required further correction. We actually had the opportunity to talk to the technician that worked on our trailer. He knew exactly what our concerns were in brining it back and the likely resolutions. We had a great conversation, and we felt comfortable that issues would be resolved. Enter the service writer. No issues regarding the roof seal, however, he was clearly jonesing to figure out how to charge us for the battery issue, and he, in front of us, dressed down the service technician. As he stormed off after putting on his "show", it left us to apologize to the technician, as we felt horrible that the service writer felt it was appropriate to tear into him in front of a customer, particularly when the technician had the situation fully under control, knew the corrective action, and made us feel comfortable that Ron's RV was going to stand behind their work. I e-mailed my concerns with what took place several hours later to the service writer, both with the fact that the issue was a Ron's RV originated issue and that blasting a co-worker, in front of customers, is not a good decision. We, later, picked up the trailer, and both the roof seal and battery issues were resolved. Unfortunately, the service writer did nothing to "wear" what took place. I received a less than enthusiastic, very generic "thank you" for my e-mail, and a rather dismissive tone that we were not going to be charged for the battery issue. Gave him the opportunity to acknowledge his culpability by asking, "that's it?" Nothing in response. Do I believe that Ron's RV will, in the end, stand behind their repairs? Yes, I do. However, witnessing an attempt to weasel out of responsibility and hammering staff in front of a customer, and refusing to acknowledge when called on it, is not an experience that makes one want to go back.

  I could not be more impressed by Ron’s Rv. Through every step they were communicative and I truly felt that they did everything in their capacity to complete quality work at a fair price. They have certainly earned a customer for life in me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  Ron’s RV, exceeded my expectations. We had new awnings installed, a leaky roof repaired, a new bathroom fan replaced and some general maintenance performed. They stuck to the estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

  Ron his RV place is excellent even though I've been waiting to get some advice from not too busy with RVs are the most not to Cassatt after but this is kind of an unsolved after vehicle thing news they're worth every penny you put into one just to live in it being it and driver support in it and in their C live sponsorship on driving hi guys Zyra is great I'll give a fire starter
