  Top Notch customer service and a free vacuum of my car. Found a coupon also on Jiffy Lube for $15 off it's good till September 15th 2026. What I liked about it best was their honesty I didn't know whether to replace two filters and I was told honestly I could go quite a while longer. Well that was really impressive. This is my go-to from now on.

  Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame Blvd in Chico CA has helped me for many years with detailed auto system check ups! During an oil change, they have discovered and remedied several other issues. Everyone is great, from greetings to payment. The wait time has always been minimal. I'm a fan and highly recommend them!

  Very nice staff. At the end I was asked if they could do anything else for me and I told them I'd like my brakes checked because there's a grinding sound. They checked them for me when I think usually it takes an appointment which I'm very grateful for. Nice place 👍

  Great experience with jiffy lube, Notre Dame location. Bryan and his crew did a great job. He even went above and beyond and gave me information about my check engine light code. I will be bringing all my vehicles there.

  The owner Bryan sent me this request to leave another review. Even though he called me yesterday to tell me my car's 26 years old. Even though it's a 2010 Toyota Corolla, so the issue is the professionalism and the shadiness that happens at this location. Let me start by saying when I went to Jiffy Lube, I had already had an account. And I told Bob that I already had an account, but he had me create a whole new one so that was weird, but then I asked for a coolant exchange, they use universal throughout my whole vehicle, which I was not happy about because I want them to use the exact Coolant for my vehicle since I'm paying a $160. OWNER argues with me about how their universal coolant is perfectly fine to be in your engine block,he even told me to cal Chevron.. I go to autozone, buy the correct coolant, which cost almost $60, I bring my vehicle back to them and have them do the coolant exchange again. They never pull my vehicle into the garage, Bob aka manager,says we're done! I look at my coolant reserve tank when I get home and it is the pink color it's supposed to be : But something's telling me they only dumped the reservoir tank, since bob never pulled the car into the garage and i did notice they moved it behind a van. so I'm still waiting for corporate to watch the videos and see if Bob the manager actually did another drain and fill or if he is just trying to pull a fast one on me, because as of today, 5 days later, July 28th I have very muddy colored radiate coolant in my radiator. And that is not normal, even though the owner Bryan told me. It's normal because my car is 26 years old. And then laughed at me and told me I was calling them liars and starts laughing at me, he continue to demand to know my mechanics name and tell me its illegal for my mechanic to advise me to put the proper pink coolant in my car.. Even tho he(Bryan) didnt even have knowledge from Bob that I had brought my car back and that they did another exchange! and I told him I have a video I could send him but Bryan the owner yelled at me and said that he has video too!!. So I said, good, watch the videos and see if Bob actually drained my coolant! Bryan refused to listen to me so I hung up on him. Plus he told me its illegal for an autoshop to tell you which coolant to put in your car when you can google your vehicle and it will explain the importance of proper coolant to you.. 🙄 I'm still waiting for His bosses, the franchisees. Are whoever to call me regarding this issue? No refund was offered. No apology has been offered. Brian just wants to say he's right, he's a mechanic lol even though it's just a loop service, this guy knows nothing and is extremely unprofessional, and they're sneaky, I would not ever take my vehicle to a Jiffy loop ever again.. I will let all 3 of my sons know, and all my neighbors know And when I already told somebody at autozone, they said, yeah, the one in paradise sucks too. So, unfortunately, Jiffy Lube went way down hill..Sad to say Walmart is better ..they will use the correct coolant!! 👍 dont let them add something to your vehicle that will cause premature aging. HOSE leaks ect.
