  I rent at least once a year have always had decent experience. In April I reserved a large all wheel drive vehicle. I even called to make sure we were going to get that specific type. I was told yes. Got there it was not available. I have giving a free upgrade and free gas on next rental. July I reserve a vehicle and I call ahead to make sure I will be upgraded to a full size sedan. They assure me that if i reserve a mid-size I will be upgraded to a full size. I get there and they take me to a car that is not a full size. The woman ignores me when I say something about it for the second time. I should have pushed the issue but I was so annoyed I didnt want to be a total jerk. I am going to be trying a different location next time.

  I was really glad that Enterprise was able to locate a vehicle for me to rent! The transmission on my car started acting up while I was on vacation to Oregon, and finally I was stranded on the side of the road! It did cost me more because it was one way and into another state!

  Poor communication and lack of transparency. I rented a car from Saturday to Thursday, but the receipt showed “1 Week.” I later found out they charge a weekly rate for a five-day rental, but this was not clearly explained upfront. I rushed back to return the car Thursday because I thought keeping it longer would cost more. Customers should be told clearly how the rental is being billed before signing.

  Our first car broke down not even five minutes from the place when we stopped at a red light. Then it took over a hour and a half to get it sorted out even though we were right up the road. The second car didn’t have any issues, but it didn’t inspire confidence when the first one dies of an electrical issue at the second full stop.
