  My car happened to break down right next to this Autozone and both of the employees I spoke to were super helpful. Especially Saroon (I hope that I'm remembering how to spell that name correctly) She took the proper care and attention to figure out what is wrong with my car by looking at my car very in depth. After looking at my battery, transmission, coolant and other parts She said that it likely just needs fuel, and if that doesn't work. She was able to give recommendations for other places that might be able to help me out with her extensive knowledge.

  Went into the east Ave store for brake pads and rotors. Once I got under the car realized they gave me the WRONG rotors. I called, they said “oh must have been in the wrong spot” (his job to check that he’s selling people the correct products) I asked if they could bring it to me. They said they only deliver to mechanics. So I had to borrow a vehicle to go pick up the correct rotors. Got those on. Only to find out they also sold me the WRONG brake pads. You would think they would have checked that when I drove back the first time due to an incorrect sale. I didn’t have a vehicle to borrow this time, they still would not deliver the product. The woman on the phone was rude. I was obviously frustrated because this was not my fault. Good costumer service would make it right and deliver the product. So my wife went in, spoke to a man about what she was there for. The short brunette with a slick back rolled her eyes and told the employee where the correct brake pads were. My wife let them know it was bs they didn’t deliver it to me seeing it was their mistake 2x! Their response: yea that sucks, just tell him to bring the other back for a refund. The incompetence was shocking, the lack of customer service is why people don’t want to support local, and the rudeness from the female employee shows a lack of care and accountability. And the fact that they only deliver to mechanics shows they don’t care about the normal customers supporting the company, while I understand that could be taken advantage of with small purchases. This was not a small purchase it’s was a $400 purchase. And they would not even make right their mistake under the circumstances by bringing me the correct products. Definitely will not be coming back. And will be spreading the word

  I had a wonderful time getting help from Diannet. She answered all my questions, gave me so much information, and even showed me things that are important to know for car owners (without making me feel silly or stupid for not knowing). She is without a doubt a lovely person and should be everyone's go to. 😊 She made me a definite return customer.

  I had my truck towed to the West East Ave store, Manager Andy Martinez sold me my replacement battery, came out to install it, we ran into an existing rusted bolt that wouldn’t budge, after considerable effort by Andy, he was able to get the bolt out and replaced the old battery with the new one. Andy is a great manager/employee, AutoZone is fortunate to have him!! Great job Andy. I will always do my auto parts business here from now on!🤩👍
