  SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL!!! TOLD ME 1 PRICE CAME WITH THE MONEY AND BAIT AND SWITCH TO 50$ MORE! WHAT A SHAME! TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE IN NEED! I CALLED IN ADVANCE AND THEY TOLD ME ALL KIND OF TRASH AND WHEN I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER IT LET ME SPEAK WITH SOME LOW EMPLOYEE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT CARE SO IF THE OWNER REPLIES TO YOU ON HERE LIKE I SEEN HIN DO TO OTHERS DONT EVEN BOTHER THEY WONT CARE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! AND YES RIGHT AT THE CORNER THERE IS BETTER TIRE SHOP THEN THEM SO JUST GO LOOK!

  Had 4 tires replaced. They didn't change the valve stems but I returned and they put in new ones. Salvador was really helpful.

  Brought my 2016 Mazda3 in Sunday 8/9 for mount replacement. AC was working fine at drop-off. Picked up the car and the AC no longer blew air. Car had to stay overnight for them to recheck their own work. Manager (Salvador Gutierrez) then suggested he couldn't confirm AC was working before service since he wasn't there, despite it clearly working when dropped off, their own paperwork confirms it. After "investigating," they claimed to find no issue and refused to cover any repair. Monro corporate only offered a $35–$200 inconvenience credit, not an actual repair, after I paid ~$2,200 for the visit. Tires and oil change were fine, but if their work damages your car, don't expect them to take responsibility. Filing a BAR complaint and getting an independent diagnosis. Buyer beware on anything involving engine bay work here.

  You guys put the wrong oil cap on my car and it sprayed oil all over my engine and the dealership tried to scam me out of 12k for an oil pan leak because there was dried up oil everywhere. Outback and outback XT caps are different I took it to a real shop and they put the correct cap on because they looked it up and were confused when a different one came off and told me that’s why it sprayed. And you guys have always overfilled my oil every time I have went there.
