  Brandon the manager at autozone was amazing not only did he show professionalism but he was also very knowledgeable about the parts I was looking for and helped me with any questions I had. I would return to this location again because Brandon and the staff here provided quality customer service.

  Jesus, the assistant manager is outstanding, Cerritos autozone is a wonderful place to get professional help. Today I got battery service.They took my old battery out.Put the new one in and my car was ready to go, and it only took about 25 minutes to get everything done. Great reliable service.

  I highly do not recommend this location. The level of customer service is extremely disappointing. The staff showed little to no concern for customers and did not seem to care about doing their jobs properly.It was frustrating to deal with employees who were unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire store.Overall, a very negative experience. I would suggest going to a different location where customers are actually treated with respect.

  Very disappointing experience at AutoZone Store #10081 in Cerritos, CA. My father visited this location with all the required documents as a registered dealer customer, including valid identification and account details. Despite this, the staff refused to properly assist him and showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect. To make matters worse, he was charged regular customer pricing instead of the dealer pricing he is entitled to. This is not just a small mistake — it shows poor training and lack of attention to customer accounts and policies. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unacceptable. This location seriously needs better staff training and supervision. I do not recommend this store based on this experience

  My experience at autozone was probably one of the better ones ive had in a long time. I gave a call to the store looking for certain tools I needed at the time. Without hesitation the employee who goes by flo (florencio) guided me and helped me find what I needed quick and explained what everything is used for in a professional manner. Dude seriously needs to be recognized and maybe given some kind of promotion or raise 💯💯🙏🙏
