The car wash ripped the rear wiper completely off my vehicle, and she helped me file a claim right away. She told me a manager would contact me by Sunday or Monday.... Well, it's now Wednesday, June 24, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Not a phone call, not an email, nothing. The damage happened on June 21, and apparently nobody thinks it's important enough to follow up with a customer after their equipment damages someone's vehicle. Since I was only visiting the area, I won't be back to this location anyway. After the way this has been handled, I wouldn't come back even if I lived nearby. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Trying to contact corporate is just as frustrating. They seem more interested in passing people around and getting them off the phone than actually resolving problems. It's pretty clear customer service ends the moment they have your money. At this point, I'd like a regional manager to contact me, because nobody else seems interested in taking responsibility. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing, and I will never return to this location.

They have it on video. I was sent an email 4 days later that it wasn't there fault because the vehicle was over 5 years old. Needless to say I have terminated my membership and filed complaints with this business. And I would remind everyone there's too many other optional locations to go to with comparable service and cost to go here. Update: Quick Quack car wash. Firstly, legally a sign and a policy does not absolve you from damaging vehicles - I checked. The vehicle is barely 6 years old. Morally you just have to do what a 11-year old would do: spend 30$ to fix what you broke. Instead you would rather garner poor reviews and get reported to the BBB and loose membership: your mentality is to loose 55$ a month membership instead of 30$ wiper That's corporate mentality and proves your just a hat behind a computer screen. *Update #2. A formal complaint has been issued with the City. Additionally the company is stating that a sign is legally binding contract that they may damage your vehicle if it's older than 5 years old even if the part's damaged are new. Neither is legal. See their Yelp for reviews and for damage complaints. I want my damages paid and an apology. I want the person who denied my claim repremanded and given some training on customer service.

Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
