  I had both rear brake cables replaced on my 2013 Dodge Caravan and was charged $730.00. Icalled was quoted $300.00 for one side, and they saying both sides needed replaced. I felt like they over charged me so I Googled the repair and it said both sides should range approx. $300.00 to $500.00. I have been a customer with Tire Choice for the past 10 years. Looks like I need to find a new shop to do all my car repairs.

  I was okay with doing the single tire replacement after I had woken up with a flat. Unfortunately it was on the longer side to replace it (hour and a half) so I was thinking maybe to see if another business could do it faster, or if I could just get to work with the single tire change at Tire Choice. They proceeded to tell me other tire, which was replaced only about 6 months ago, was low on life. That’s okay, but I didn’t think 6 month old tire was low on life, or an urgent repair need considering my time crunch. With that, I respectfully disagreed. Presumably, the man behind the counter thought I was not reasonable (his words, I can’t be reasoned with), and quite literally yelled at me while I insisted on disagreeing about changing the other tire. I may have had a stern approach, but I thought yelling was extremely unprofessional, considering I already had a stressful morning being late to work. And this yell was bad. He interrupted me whilst speaking, and without any disrespect, his yelling can even be qualified as a bark (he yelled “Buddy”). I would not suggest working with this shop and the manager there, there were others that were kinder, but I certainly did not want his service.

  I was there in an emergency cause my tire went flat for a nail. I already know that it takes 10 -20 minutes just put parch the tire The guy told me. I have to wait till tomorrow to have a ready. I’ll wait for you guys even an hour to help me out, but next day that’s crazy.

  I popped my tire on a spike and thought I’d have to buy a new tire but Rafael and his team were able to fix it! I dropped off my tire before work and after work I swung by and they put my tire on in less than 10min! Quick, Easy, friendly and affordable service!

  This place is unbelievable. I have called three (THREE) times to simply get a quote on some tires, and have been told ALL DAY that I would receive a call back momentarily, because apparently the only person who works there that has the ability to look at the price of tires on the computer is the service manager... nobody ever calls back, and after waiting a few more hours, I call again, and am told the exact same script... amazingly, the last time, when I explained that I would like to just wait on hold for the "service manager", the lady just straight up hung up on me. This is incredibly poor form. I am so wildly unimpressed that I genuinely don't want to get tires here. (And, since I'm taking the time to write this review, while sitting on endless hold after calling back a FOURTH TIME, I may as well write the review I should have written a few years ago when I brought a tire in, already unmounted (off the rim) and asked them to patch a hole from a screw for me. I figured it would be about $20, and take like 10 minutes, but TWO HOURS LATER they finally finished the job, charged me $60, and when I got the tire back they had just used a shitty tire repair kit, not even a real patch! So yeah, I'm stillllll on hold... don't have much more to say except that I think somebody ought to hire some people who know how to get the job done. This place sucks. Also? Anyone looking for a better deal out there? If you don't know about Les Schwab Tires, GO THERE! Or even Costco! Anything but this place! ... I've been on hold for 15 minutes now... My question is WHY though. Why can't they just let the ridiculously over the top polite people who answer the phones just give people quotes? This whole "service manager has to give the prices" line is bullshizzy... Oh, and they try to make you book an appointment before anything else! It's completely weird and I guess if you are just an average human who doesn't know anything about cars, maybe you will fall for this crap, but honestly this whole deal feels so wrong... Ok, it's now 18 minutes on hold. Do I keep waiting?? At this point I'm for sure not gonna give them my business... But I kinda wanna see how long they leave me on hold... TWENTY MINUTES AND COUNTING... I have way better things to do. Ohhhh look I've been on hold for an hour and 10 minutes! What amazing customer service 🤣🤣🤣
