Highly recommend! I came here on a Sunday as they were the only shop open. I needed a nail to be removed from my flat tire. They were very kind and happy to help right away. I was done in a timely manner. I’m glad I came here, thank you for your help!

My travel trailer had a flat tire. I took it off and did not see any screws or nails, but took it in, just in case. They inspected the tire, filled it and submerged it and no leaks. Even changed the stem to make sure. Picked it up the next day, and no charge. Thanks for the great service. It is better to be safe than sorry. Appreciate the help, will be back.

I just spent $840 on a set of 4 new tires. Every time I called the staff assumed who I was and was for different cars which was annoying . Never assume. Standard greeting and ask what my car is. I say never assume because I wrongly assumed they swapped out my tires correctly. Over the next few days I noticed my car didn’t feel normal. I thought I was imagining things. But then I heard a loud thump on the freeway and I felt unsafe. I took the car back to have them re-inspect the tires, come to find out they didn’t balance my tires which is why my car felt off. And they made sure to tell me they wouldn’t charge me for re-balancing. Excuse me??? You don’t do it the first time so why would you charge me ? I think asked if they did a complete re-inspection including my alignment and they told me no. They stopped at the tire balancing. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible execution that put me at risk. 10/10 don’t recommend.

First, I must say the front desk service was excellent—warm, enthusiastic, and patient. However, the professionalism of the mechanics was simply appalling. I had four new tires replaced and a four-wheel alignment done here, but the steering wheel was still crooked after three attempts. Then, the car started shaking at 60 miles per hour. I went back to my Lexus dealership for a readjustment and was told the tires weren't installed correctly. Also, the mechanic who did the tire change was drunk; his breath reeked of alcohol when he spoke to me up close. This was the worst tire change I've ever had. Furthermore, the mechanic left a lot of grease and grime on the interior of my car.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this. I purchased tires here two years ago and had an excellent experience; however, this time was the complete opposite. After getting four new tires, I noticed the very next day that my car was making a rumbling noise. When I brought it back, I was asked to drive the car while one of their mechanics rode in the passenger seat, but the noise didn’t occur during that drive. The following day, I returned and asked for a manager to listen, since the sound persisted. He rode along, and although the noise came and went, it wasn’t consistent. Instead of offering to put the car on a lift and inspect it further, my concerns were dismissed because the noise couldn’t be reliably reproduced. To make matters worse, one of my hubcaps fell off, which suggests it wasn’t secured properly. When I brought this up, I was told to go buy a replacement myself, and they would install it, along with offering a free oil change at a later date. That response was frustrating—why wouldn’t they take responsibility and have an employee purchase the hubcap? I ended up taking my car to a trusted mechanic. Once the car was lifted, the problem was immediately visible: the control arms were not seated correctly, and one was cracked. I’m not blaming Tire Choice for the damage itself, but a more thorough inspection during the tire service could have identified something so obvious. Likewise, more attention to detail might have prevented the hubcap from coming loose. If I had ignored the noise and assumed it was nothing, the situation could have become dangerous. This experience reflects a lack of attention to detail and a rushed approach to service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
