- JZJavier ZavalaSep 11, 20265.0I wanted to update my previous review because the issue has now been resolved, and I really want to give credit where it’s due. Mike, the manager, personally stepped in and took care of the problem with the license plate scanner. He listened to my concerns, understood how frustrating the situation had been, and actually made sure something was done about it. That made a huge difference in my experience. I really appreciate how professional, helpful, and attentive Mike was throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a manager who takes customer concerns seriously instead of just brushing them off. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected, and because of the way he handled everything, my opinion of this location has completely changed. Thank you, Mike, for taking the time to help me and for making things right. Management like this deserves to be recognized.

- HHHaileySep 3, 20261.0I work 6 days a week, 12 hour shifts, and went to go get my car washed with the little time I have, and it’s closed because they’re filming a commercial… and all attendant said was “you’ll be getting a discount on your subscription renewal”. Lol you guys suck. Update: they just tried to charge my card full price for the membership renewal. My first month was only $10, now they’re trying to charge me 34.99. Where’s the discount the attendant said I was going to receive due to the closure? Non-existent.
