  My fiancé and I came into AutoZone because our car wouldn’t start or stay running. We weren’t sure if the problem was the battery, alternator, or something else. Weston went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to thoroughly test both our battery and alternator, explained everything clearly, and helped us determine that the battery was the issue. He then recommended the right battery for our 2020 Buick Encore and even installed it for us himself in 105° heat without complaining. Weston was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Thanks to him, we were back on the road quickly and with confidence that the problem was fixed. We’ll definitely be making this our go-to AutoZone from now on. Thank you, Weston, for your outstanding service!

  I placed an order online last night for pick up. I kept checking and there was no update on the order. Finally, I was about to call and check on the order. I logged in online and checked and one of my items had been returned. I called the store to ask about it and they said it was out of stock. I ask if anybody was gonna let me know that it wasn't available, and then they transferred me to somebody else. I asked the next person if anybody was gonna was going to let me know that my item was out of stock. Rudely he asked if I was gonna pick up the rest of my order. I said it was still processing and he asked me, do I want my items or not. I was flabbergasted by the rudeness of every employee that I spoke with. So I said, no I don't want any of my order return it and I hung up the phone. Now I am heading to O'Reilly to get my items. To follow up. The same rude Employee accused me of replacing the order and called to tell me it wasn't available. I told them I did not replace the order and that I had placed an order at O'Reilly. They told me the order came through again and they don't have it. I eneded up hanging up on them. 3 hours later a very nice employee from Autozone called to let me know that my order was ready. I explained very rude employee's told me multiple times it was not in fact available and issued a refund. I let them know I already had a battery from O'Reilly installed in my car.
