  The store was well stocked and clean. The associates were quick to help, and fortunately the item I needed was in stock.

  I placed an order online last night for pick up. I kept checking and there was no update on the order. Finally, I was about to call and check on the order. I logged in online and checked and one of my items had been returned. I called the store to ask about it and they said it was out of stock. I ask if anybody was gonna let me know that it wasn't available, and then they transferred me to somebody else. I asked the next person if anybody was gonna was going to let me know that my item was out of stock. Rudely he asked if I was gonna pick up the rest of my order. I said it was still processing and he asked me, do I want my items or not. I was flabbergasted by the rudeness of every employee that I spoke with. So I said, no I don't want any of my order return it and I hung up the phone. Now I am heading to O'Reilly to get my items. To follow up. The same rude Employee accused me of replacing the order and called to tell me it wasn't available. I told them I did not replace the order and that I had placed an order at O'Reilly. They told me the order came through again and they don't have it. I eneded up hanging up on them. 3 hours later a very nice employee from Autozone called to let me know that my order was ready. I explained very rude employee's told me multiple times it was not in fact available and issued a refund. I let them know I already had a battery from O'Reilly installed in my car.

  The customer service at this AutoZone is phenomenal! I've not had a bad experience here in the decade I've been coming here for my auto parts. I have tried going to the O'Reilly's across the street several times and I have regretted it each and every time. The employees at the O'Reilly's have been rude and condescending while this AutoZone staff are friendly and very helpful.

  My vehicle failed smog for a torn valve. I went to two different mechanic shops, who didn't have the time or the parts. The parts manager, Jackie, was extremely helpful. Not only did he help locate the right part, he also installed it for me in the parking lot. I wish I had come here first. They are very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever they can to help.
