  I contacted Safelite AutoGlass in Carlsbad (after contacting my insurer) and made an appointment to have my car's windshield replaced. They could not have been nicer; they arranged to have repairs performed at my home the next afternoon. Their service technician arrived on time and completed repairs within a couple of hours. Having a stone launched at my car while on the road was traumatic, but the repair and replacement process went really smoothly. I'm very pleased with the results!

  Anthony was really great called the morning of and when he was on his way! Did a quick but efficient job, asked if I had any questions updated me in the procedure afterwards - would definitely recommend! Quick response and easy booking as well!

  Our technician, Marce, was excellent! He did a great repair job, was timely and very respectful and knowledgeable. He informed me of all the details of the crack and its repair process and made the experience easy. He was also friendly and I would definitely request him again.   I had an excellent experience with this company. The staff at the front desk were courteous, helpful, and professional. The technician who repaired my windshield was highly skilled — it was clear he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work efficiently and to a high standard, finishing in approximately thirty minutes. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but I want to acknowledge his excellent work. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and I rarely take the time to write reviews — this one was well deserved.

  Had an excellent experience at Safelite AutoGlass in Carlsbad. I scheduled a preset appointment and was pleasantly greeted by Daniel who was expecting me. He communicated thoroughly and set the right expectations for the scope of work. As promised, I received a phone call from William the technician when the car was ready. During pickup, they were both there to share details of the work. The quality of work was top-tier and their customer service was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make a recommendation for a tinting spot nearby who did a great job as well. If you’re looking for a window replacement, these guys are the top notch. I highly recommend them
