Couldn’t have been easier. The SAFELITE representative came to my home gave me an ETA, showed up at that time, told me what he was doing then called me when he was done. Was an amazing experience

The service provider employee that showed up at my home was very professional and kind, gave me plenty of notice and perform the work in such a timely manner even though there was extreme heat on that morning,

Came in to replace a couple of chips in preparation for the installation of ceramic tint; but was advised that one of the chips were not repairable in terms of ceramic tint applications. Right away, I contacted GEICO and within minutes the services were set-up. I did have to reschedule for another time but everything works seamlessly and Denny was very helpful. I can't recall the technician who did the work, and he's just as great in the work and knowledge of the overall windshield replacement. The waiting lounge was clean and very quiet so made the waiting that much comfortable.

Wow. This couldn't have been easier. Safelite sent the friendliest technician to come repair my cracked windshield. I was able to have it done at work. It was very convenient and the repair is perfect. It must be the adhesive, but it also smells like a "new" car again, which it is not! Bonus! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FLAWLESS VICTORY! What an awesome experience from start to finish! I scheduled my windshield replacement through my AAA app, which took me directly to Safelite scheduling. The entire process was incredibly easy, and all the fees were transparent upfront! nlNo surprises, no confusion, just a smooth process. The communication was AMAZING. I received text updates, an ETA for my technician, and a phone call before the installation. I always knew what was happening and when to expect someone. A huge shoutout to Tony and JC (Jason) for taking such great care of me and my baby! 🙌 It was honestly really cool watching Jason work his magic. He was extremely friendly, professional, confident, and genuine. You could immediately tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and that completely put my mind at ease. He treated my vehicle with care, and I really appreciated that. And I have to admit, seeing that bright red Safelite van pull up with everything needed to get the job done right at my door was pretty awesome! 😂 No driving somewhere, dropping off the car, arranging a ride, or sitting around a waiting room. They came directly to me and handled everything. From scheduling, communication, arrival, installation, finished product, this was a flawless victory. 🏆 If you're looking for a start-to-finish windshield replacement experience with great communication, professionalism, transparency, and basically no worries, I absolutely recommend Safelite! and if you get Tony and Jason, you're in great hands! Thank you guys for taking care of my baby and making the whole experience so easy! 👏👏👏 10/10 experience! No lie! I am super duper happy with the service with everyone that was involved. Even the young lady who called me the before to give me the breakdown and expectations. If you have a busy schedule and need a trusted company to do the work. SAFELITE ALL THE WAY! Please please PLEASE! Give kudos to everyone! Now I got the jingle stuck in my head! "SAFELITE REPAIR.....SAFELITE REPLACE!"
