- JDJ DMay 12, 20261.0I don’t like giving any bad reviews nor do I like mentioning anything negative about working men and woman. However I’m gonna be honest and mention this. Regardless of the job, if it’s in customer service you gotta have a level of professionalism in front of customers. Having verbal confrontation with coworkers while customers are present is pretty lame and uncomfortable. It’s one thing to ague while running a grocery store but when employees are working on our cars and employees are arguing and frustrated with each other that’s not good. Secondly, although I understand people change their lives around and sone work hard I think talking, acting and portraying the image of a gangster with an attitude is not for any work place, especially customer service. Got an employee there that needs to grow up. Lastly, the manager should be the calm one keeping things professional. Dropping F bombs while customers are around is not what most managers would do. No one there was rude to myself or the other customers that I noticed but definitely not an adult professional crew so we will likely choose another place next time. Been going here for years but it’s not the same these last few visits
