  I made a reservation with a week in advance for an SUV, specifically because I needed a vehicle for an upcoming road trip. The morning of scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that they had NO vehicles available whatsoever and would not be able to honor my reservation. This is completely unacceptable. What's the point of making a reservation in advance if Enterprise can't guarantee that a vehicle will be available? I planned my trip around this booking, only to be left scrambling to find alternative transportation at the last minute. I understand that availability can sometimes change, but having absolutely no vehicles available despite accepting reservations shows a serious lack of planning and reliability. A reservation should actually mean something. Very disappointed with this experience, and I would strongly caution others against relying on this location for important travel plans.

  Really bad ugly experience. First they gave me a 12 seat passanger van in the south And it was suppose to be 15 passanger van. Then we called for them to switch ut and they said they had 1 in carlsbad. So we came and now they said they dont have it and supposively they couldnt check if other locarions had it. Never again.

  They try hard, but the place is very understaffed. Because of that the process of getting a car is kind of hectic and leaves you somewhat confused and stressed

  Car wasn’t ready to pick up and told me to wait with not exactly time how long like if you have all the time in world to be waiting.
