    Brittany Conley assisted me with my return. Even though she was working by herself and completely slammed, she was 100% professional. Sometimes I need a rental, but I pick the place based on the Service. Because of Brittany, I will continue to come to this Enterprise location.

    Big shout out to Travis and Jesse at their Carlsbad location. Travis got me into the right SUV at the right time. I was very skeptical because they had 2 vehicles on the lot at the time. Thanks Travis. I worked with Jesse when returning the vehicle. The store was very busy and Jesse handled it like a pro. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, calm demeanor and professionalism. Both exceeded my expectations. Thank you

    I’m very satisfied with the service in Carlsbad. It was an extremely busy period due to a county-wide recall, although my car had a different mechanical issue. With my family visiting from the UK, I was under a lot of pressure to get things sorted quickly. Jessie was amazing—very understanding, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of efficiently. Highly appreciate his support! Very Satisfied customer !

    Your better off going somewhere else they can't even tell you what the specifics of what car your renting or what your available options are.,I was told inventory changes every 30 min
