- MBMICHAEL BLAND5 days ago2.0Started out with great service when the manager left it was horrible service... I live six minutes away but will not be going back. Plus I paid $170 for dudes to walk up to my vehicle and look then do nothing. They say 15 minutes oil change it was over 50 minutes. They had me pay and then my hood stay open for over 20 mins then they said I could leave only to forget my new windshield wiper I had to remind them! Horrible service

The entire team worked quickly, communicated well, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but this location definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Valvoline to others. Thank you again to Leanna and the whole crew!

Lianna helped me out and she was fantastic.. incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to get such high-quality customer service at a maintenance shop. I was made aware of services recommended to me, but wasn’t pushed to do anything I wasn’t ready to do. This is why I have been coming back here for my oil changes and routine car services. This location is highly recommended!
