  Had a great experience this shop this morning. As always, they are super thorough and efficient and work Great together as a team . communication in all 3 bays, I was helped by a person named Jazz with a manager being Adrian, who is wonderful and Gets you in and out as quick as possible. I highly recommend this place if I could give more than 5 stars.I would

  I went for an oil change. The guy who checked me in and handled my Nissan Armada was Andrew. Really great guy, knows his stuff, gave me his true personal assessment on everything, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest about the air filter not needing to be changed, so that gave me peace of mind that they were not trying to upsell me on everything. Had it not been for Andrew taking care of me the way he did, I would not have also taken the transmission service. Thanks Andrew!

  Adrian and his staff were so professional, kind and prompt with their services. You can tell he’s a great manager and is fair with how he was helping his team manager about six customers (including myself). I love Valvoline. They are always great but this one was by far one of the best!

  I stopped by for an oil change and I witnessed amazing leadership from the manager Adrian.They communicated effectively had us on the road in no time. Roberto our technician was awesome, he took the time to recommend the best oil option without making it feel like it was another sale and wasn't rushing (but they do work fast) Adrian and Robertos customer service was exceptional and it felt genuine not scripted. I'm a very happy customer. These guys are awesome at what they do and how they do it!

  I came to Valvoline for an oil change and a coolant/radiator fluid service. The service was completed, and I left believing everything had been done properly. Shortly afterward, while driving, my car started overheating and I received a temperature warning. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night because it was no longer safe to drive. After inspecting the car, I found that the radiator had a hole/leak and was losing coolant. This happened immediately after the coolant service at Valvoline, when the cooling system had just been serviced. I had never had an overheating problem like this before the service. I now have to tow my car to a Lexus dealership and potentially pay a significant repair bill. This was not just an inconvenience — it was a serious safety issue. I strongly recommend that Valvoline properly inspect the vehicle and take responsibility for what happened during the service. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be returning. A routine oil and coolant service should never leave a customer stranded on the side of a freeway with an overheating vehicle. ————————————- Updated : I brought my 2012 Lexus RX350 to Valvoline for an oil change. They also recommended replacing the engine coolant, so I agreed. I also paid for a filter replacement and new windshield wipers. My total bill was around $400. Only 2–3 hours after leaving Valvoline, my car overheated and developed a major coolant leak. It happened at night while I was driving, and I had to stop and leave my car at a Lexus dealership because it was no longer safe to drive. Lexus ended up replacing the radiator, and I paid around $3,000 for the repair. So I was out approximately $3,400 total. What really concerns me is that the Lexus technician explained that my RX350 requires a specific coolant filling/bleeding procedure and special equipment to properly remove trapped air from the cooling system. I have serious concerns that this procedure was not properly performed at Valvoline. Different vehicles—Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, etc.—can have manufacturer-specific procedures. If technicians don’t have the proper training, knowledge, or equipment to service a particular vehicle correctly, they shouldn’t be working on it. Customers shouldn’t have to pay thousands of dollars because the proper procedure wasn’t followed. I contacted the manager ( Adrian ) , but instead of investigating my concerns, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, simply telling me that Valvoline did everything correctly and that it wasn’t their responsibility. A $400 service turned into a $3,000 repair, being stranded at night, and a huge amount of stress. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint was handled. I am considering pursuing this matter further and seeking reimbursement for my expenses. If you don’t have the knowledge or equipment to properly service a vehicle, don’t work on it. The customer shouldn’t be the one paying the price.
